I have been going to this dealership for many years and have never had an issue. I took my 2022 ***** 2500HD in for service and additionally told them that the steering wheel is tilted to the left while Im driving. They told me I needed an alignment and got that done and paid. When I got my truck back the steering wheel was now tilted to the right way worse than it was originally to the left. So I took it back several different times for that issue and I was assured that thats just the way it is supposed to be every time. One of the times that I dropped it off I overheard a customer with a ****** explaining he had just had an alignment done and now his tires were wearing extremely uneven. I proceeded to speak with the service manager and even took my truck together for a drive so the issue could be addressed. I was told that is normal and technicians have checked everything again. So I drove my friends truck which is the same year and model of mine and it drove perfectly straight and steering wheel was centered the entire time. So I went back again to dealership and was told that there may be some slop in my steering box but otherwise its normal. So now I noticed my tires are wearing unevenly just like the customer I overheard saying the same thing after the alignment. I do want to say that every person at this dealership that I have spoken to was extremely professional and courteous but I still have my steering wheel uncentered and now my tires are wearing unevenly too. Every other experience with this dealership has been absolutely amazing!

Bought new tires that were installed incorrectly.I found this out because I had a slow leak in one of the tires &the last time I tried to use my tire warranty that ********** sold me they told me I could go to any shop to have that done. I insisted on coming back to them. They were very rude and dismissive. So this time I went to a different shop, Genuine Tire for the tire repair & was advised that the tires were put on incorrectly. When I visited ********** for annual maintenance in 11/23 I brought this to the attention of the technician. He said they would correct the problem at no additional charge. A few months ago I noticed that each of the 4 tires had a busted lug nut. Because ********** discourages tire repairs by their company I went back to Genuine Tire, and asked them to fix the broken lug nuts & check the remaining ones for safety reasons. They found that each tire had a broken lug nut & at least one of the lug nuts had glue on it where someone tried to glue the head of the nut back on. I called ********** & spoke with the service manager ****. He told me to come in Monday 8/26/2024 between 1-2pm so he could resolve the problem. When I took off of work early & arrived a few minutes after 2pm I was told that he had left for a doctors appointment & would be back in about an hour or so. I was asked to wait for him. I declined. This was the fourth time I had to go out of my way because I was a loyal ***** customer & bought my tires from them. ******** tires and paid to install 2)took extra time for normal maintenance to remove & install tires correctly 3)went to Genuine Tire to fix lug nuts 4)went to ********** & **** had left. I believe that when I brought the car back & had them fix the wrongly installed tires they intentionally stripped & broke the lug nuts out of spite. Knowing it would be some time before the glued on parts would fall off & I would notice that something was wrong. Being a loyal ***** owner for more than 30 years I am more than disappointed.

I have called and left two messages for *******************. I was hoping to talk to her and apologize for the situation and how things were handled. I did leave on the second message that I will be sending her a reimbursement for the lug nuts that she had to replace and I did offer to do her next oil change service for free. I did ask her to please call me as I want to personally apologize to her and get the opportunity to make it right. This is not the way we do business and I have taken the necessary steps on my side to make sure this does not happen again. We pride ourselves on great customer service and in this instance we failed. We will learn from this and get better together.

I am rejecting this response because:

I did receive a voicemail on 8/27/24 about 4:30 pm saying he would only be in the office for another ***** minutes and to call him back within that time or tomorrow. And then I received a voicemail today 8/28/24 at 12:50 pm and before I had a chance to call him back, I received this notice from the BBB so he obviously is only responding to me because I filed a complaint. Otherwise, I would not have received a call at all. I do not want to waste my time talking to anyone or driving back there again. I have wasted enough time trying to be a loyal GM customer.

I will accept the payment for the lugnuts. I will not accept the offer of a free oil change because I will not ever go there again because I cannot trust that something else will not happen to my car that they will try to hide from me. and that is the way they do business so I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Customer has the right to do what she wants. I only new of this issue due to her complaint through the BBB. If I would have had an email or a phone call from her expressing her issues I would have resolved before her complaint was filed. I tried to do the right thing by reaching out. I asked her to call me back and that did not happen so I attempted a second call and with no answer I responded to the complaint the way I was instructed to by the BBB. I have put in a request to have the reimbursement sent to the customer and to the address listed on her receipt she provided.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Although I did reach out to the service manager and still got no resolution, I found that my only other option to resolve this matter was to file a complaint through the BBB. Being reimbursed for the parts that had to be replaced is satisfactory, but nothing can restore my faith or trust in this dealership.

    Thank you.

January 6, 2022 Finance manager - ********************* I was charged for things that we never talked about such as $553.00 for tire insurance, which I have no need for that insurance. ***** showed me a paper with a signature, which was not my signature, I told him that was not my signature, he said he would credit the account, which he refuse to credit. $553.00 plus tax and finance charges should be taken off the account.Another charge on the account was $299.00 for theft that was charged to my account, which I have no need, for this theft, which I did not sign for, note attached paper about this charge. You are not obligated to purchase this theft insurance. The company should credit my account $553.00 and $299.00 plus tax and finance charges
