I drove the car off the lot, and one day later, three lights appeared on the dash. I had the check engine light, Anti-lock brake system/electronic stability program, and the traction light. While driving it, I noticed noises, and it wasn't driving smoothly. The brakes also started to deteriorate, as I have to press on the brakes harder and harder till I eventually have to resort to the emergency brakes. I can't drive it safely. After driving late at night, I realized one of my headlights was out, and the car had no oil. I reached out to them about getting it fixed and received nothing despite being sold a lemon car. The salesman "*****" was informed the day after I bought the car of the issues, and he told me to go to ***************** to have it looked at, a company that is owned by the same person who owns 10 Below. After waiting in their parking lot for an hour after my appointment time at 9 (no one arrived till 10), I was told it was my right front wheel, barring causing all of these issues. It makes no sense that this is causing all the problems I'm having. They offered to help fix it, but once I asked what they would do if it cost upwards of $2,000 to fix it, they wouldn't help fix it. He also stated that they have 5 other vehicles on their lot that also have dash lights on them. He, and I quote, states, "We could have blocked your number and not dealt with this at all." After this, I went to register the car only to be told my *** number didn't match up, and I couldn't register. After contacting 10 Below, they said it all matches on their end, and they asked for a picture of the *** when it should have been correct when I drove it off the lot. I asked, since the paperwork didn't match up could I return the car, and they responded with, "No, no, you're making this harder than it is; get me proof of *** on the car." Purchased: 11/20/23 Contact with them about the issues on phone and in person: 11/21/23, 11/22/23, 11/24/23, and the week of 12/17/23-12/24/23
