I have been dealing with this company for three years. During that time, they have published a number of books for me. They were to find a "traditional" publisher for my work. That did not happen, and they preceded to market my work through their own sources. They told me last June 2023 that I had over $7,000 in Royaltys coming for books sold from the previous year, 2022. They were in process of doing another book for me and needed an additional amount OVER the Royalty amount to do that book. The amount was $5,000 more. I sent them the money via a credit card. It was directed to a Canada address. During 2014 they told me that they were selling my books with a company called ASIA books. They told me that the books were selling well in ****. I asked about ******** and was told that I would see them in 1st or 2nd quarter of 2024. It is now in the 2nd quarter, and I have sent a number of emails to my contact person (*************************) and have not gotten a reply. I have called the number that i had for her and also the business number listed by BBB. I am told they are both no longer listed. So, there you have it. Another OLD man tricked out of his savings. I am 84 on July 16th. What can I do?
