Ordered 2024 "Wheaties Delux." The two "S" mint ***** rolls only had 29 "S" minted pennies in them. (Not 100 like they stated on the ***** These were a gift for someone. So we just kepted them The Coin Vault told us they were "over the 30 day" return policy. We decided not to take them from our friend and return them. I notified The Coin Vault to suggest they look at there stockIn case all there "S" minted coin rools were packed up wrong. We got no where. They kept referring to their "return policy." They did not even offer to send us a verified complete "S" mint roll as a favor for all we did. Heck we would of paid for it. We will not purchase from again. They seem a little "simple" for doing busness with. Good Luck.**** in ********.The Coin Vault

****************** placed an order with The Coin Vault on 4/30/2024. He reached out to us via email on July 25, 2024, a few days short of 3 months. The email concluded with This seemed a little weak. I have already opened them up. So, I will just keep them. We saw this ad again on TV last night " 100 "S" pennies. It started bothering me again. (The rolls were even marked or stamped "S mints." My kid was sad. Not sure we will purchase a 3rd time from The Coin Vault. Even though his email seemed as if he was letting us know there was something wrong but willing to keep it, we replied and let him know that we had a 30-day policy from the day he received his product. This gives our customers an entire month to determine if they are satisfied with their order. We verbally explain this information at the time of a first-time order, we have it listed on our website and on the packing slips to our customers. After this timeframe, there isnt any tracking information available, video of the order being package, or the ability to file a claim if the package was damage. We re-explained all of this in detail so that he was aware of the company policy moving forward to which ****************** replied We know all this. But you can also check your stock. Look at the bigger picture. Wouldn't it be great if your "S"-Mints rolls were mixed up with regular rolls. You would of found a quality control issue. You could stand out as a "team" player! It seemed as though he understood the policy and accepted it. Until this BBB Review was submitted, we havent had any other communication about the issue prior to the email correspondence on 7/26/24. We would be happy to sell a roll or 2 of "S" Mint cents if ****************** if this is his wishes, free shipping and a possible small discount would have been on the table as well, we were unaware this was his wish back in July. We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers!Review fromJerry C

It can be pricy but I've never returned anything. Free shipping, you can examine and return if you're not satisfied, and I feel that 35 years says ****. I was even contacted about a coin that I totally forgot that I purchased almost a year afterwards and sure enough... so they made it good and sent my coin! And when **** is ***** gets serious about purchase a particular coin they're usually accurate. Appreciate you folks! The Coin Vault

The Coin Vault has become very political and one-sided by promoting that Racist *********************** holders and coins! I used to love the show but it seems that it has become a political kiss a** for a selfish, arrogance, and openly bigot and sick person. ***********************. I don't know if they realize how many people that have lost as a result of their seemingly endorsement of a sick person, ************************ or maybe they don't care. They have lost me and I feel thousands of other coin collectors as a result. TSK. TSK. You should be ashamed! The Coin Vault

The coin vault sells Numismatic coins and currency, we do not make any of the product. I understand that these labels and items are not your preference and that is okay. The truth is that these items are popular and have an audience, and we simply cannot please everyone with every item we sell. I can assure you that The Coin Vault is not politically one sided. We have sold many items that have had past many different past presidents on the label, coin, or medallion themselves. As well as historic people and places. I’m sorry that you have chosen not to do business with us based on items that we have for sale.Review fromBH B

Coin vaults latest rip off is the silver congratulations. The same coin is availble in same grade for a couple hundred dollars but since it came out of a congratulations box from the mint they are charging over $2500 for the box it came ouy of. Coins are from yhe same mint run as for other packaging and if you try to sell it to a dealer they may offer $200 or less dont be taken in because ngc gave it a different classification based on the box it was sold onThe Coin Vault

There is a lot to learn about the numismatic business. Mintage and population are just a couple of very important terms that are useful. For example, as **************** put it, the same coin available in the same gradebut since it came out of a congratulations This statement makes the difference. You see, the item that is being discussed had just ****** out of a maximum mintage of ****** sets that were sold in the first year of issue of the Congratulations Set. 2013 was the first year of the Congratulations sets. NGC requires these sets to be sealed as they were from the U.S. Mint to qualify and, as of 1/12/2022, the population of this specific coin in a perfect PF70 Ultra Cameo condition was just 166. There are many factors that go into the pricing of products in the numismatic industry and mintage/population are a big factor. **************** hasnt purchased with The Coin Vault but one time in 2018 but we do not have the same coin, in the same grade or label available in a non-congratulations designation available to sell at all, let alone at Mr. ******* claims of a couple hundred dollars. I ask that you search around for the 2013 congratulations sets in a proof 70 grade and see what the range is for the items that you are claiming that we are ripping customer off. Also, here at **********************, we are committed to offering the lowest prices on television. As part of our low-price guarantee, we will match any lower advertised TV price on any identical certified product or product in original *************** issued packaging. The terms can be located on our website at www.thecoinvault.com or you can call in and speak to a representative at ************ M-F 9am-5pm EST to obtain more information on that.D. M.

****************, Mintage and Population are totally different. You are listing mintage information and we listed the population. The Mintage is the quantity of coins produced by a mint in any given year. The Population is the total of coins in a specific grade (graded by a third party grading service). For example, the ****-S ****** Dollar MS67 has a Population of ***** and a Mintage of *********. This means that out of the ********* coins produced at ********************** in ****, Only ***** have been graded in a MS67!D. M.
