I called AAA out to do some grading and route a gutter downspout underground. Their initial work was good. We paid in full being told the work that was done was guaranteed. However after the first rain the grated cap on the underground pipe came off and floated in the water. And the grading was to high in one area and around some new concrete that was installed by AAA, the grading was to low. We had to call repeatedly to get someone to come out and look at the work. They agreed the things mentioned in this review needed to be done. No dates were give as to when the grading would be done. So again we had to call repeatedly to find out when someone would come out. The finally did, the high spot was fixed, but the grated cap on the pipe was not touched and the grading around the concrete is still to low. We have not tried calling again because we are tired of the run around. It seems once you pay them, you are no longer a priority.
