We had my daughters *** Birthday Party at Jumpy Jump Land ********* Location today. We paid $*** dollars for a 2.5 hour party. An employee was yelling at all the kids about the safety rules. We had no problem what so ever complying with the safety rules but she was very aggressive to kids and adults alike. She started to yell at the kids and adults for things that were not violating the rules. She yelled at multiple children for walking, accusing them of running, sometimes before they even took a step. She yelled at my son for turning his head to talk to his friend while jumping. None of those things were against the rules. My husband walked over to the employee and let her know the kids were just walking and she didn't need to yell. Said employee ran to the front of the building to the other employees and said someone else needed to "handle" my husband who refused to follow the safety rules. I walked up and said we had no problem following the rules but it was just the tone and aggressiveness with which she spoke to our guests that was the problem. The employee ran to the bathroom and started to cry. A supervisor walked in and apologized ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************. I let her know I totally understood and squeezed her shoulder giving her a little hug. She said she would send someone else out to help with the party. 20 min later the owner came in the middle of my party and got right into my face and started yelling at me without ceasing accusing me of being a bully, attacking her employees and being unkind to people ***********. I asked her multiple times to stop yelling. She wouldn't stop the entire party. People were so uncomfortable they left early and we stopped the party almost an hour early and got kidsout
