            I ordered a crib set from the business on May 18. I contacted the business several times to inquire when my purchase would be shipped. Every time I check the website it would say still in production they kept telling me they were shipping time was 6 to 8 weeks from the time it was purchased. I continue to email and find out where my purchase was and was told it would be shipped the next week when I inquired why it was not shipped, because on the website, it said it was still in production The only response I got was your order was canceled I have since contacted them several times asking them what that means am I getting a full refund? If so, when can I expect that and have received no response. I have not received the refund in my account, so I do not know their intentions, I need help to recover my money which was over $200

            Placed an order on March 22nd, was told it will take 6-8 weeks. Received about half my order after making several complaints at week 12. Was told the rest of my order was going to be sent out and now have tracking info saying that USPS is waiting for the items so it can be shipped. I only received this information after reaching out to them about a week ago. I had also used a discount when purchasing items and then after paying for my items they notified me saying that I could not use the coupon code in my purchase, even though they allowed me to at check out. So I ended up having to pay more money.

            Correct. Your order has shipped in full and can provide for all to read. And yes, the product did state NO ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS, but you put the coupon code in any way. That was not a system error, but one trying to manipulate the system.
