I wish I would have found these reviews before ordering. Found the perfect bedding, picked it out, needed it rush delivered and they were wonderful about that. However once it arrived, I was missing the bed rail cover, and picture also showed a bumper (wasn’t aware those were outlawed) no big deal. I messaged them about the rail cover and was told it ships separate, yet that was never stated or told. I fully believe if I wouldn’t have asked I wouldn’t have got it. 5 days later it ships, so almost two weeks after having everything I get it. In the picture it matches the bedskirt, so that is what I assumed it would have looked like, no it matches the blanket, and the under side is a light gray and navy arrows. Which is not even part of the pattern. When I reached out and explained I was disappointed, it didn’t match, and didn’t look like the picture nor the description, I was argued with, and said it doesn’t matter you don’t see that. I clearly see it didn’t have the link ties, and wasn’t black like the bed skirt. Never an apology or anything. For 250/300 dollars, it’s so disappointing.DBC Baby Bedding Company, LLC

No, as stated before you explained the bumber and I understood after knowing it was outlawed. I am talking about the guard rail. The one that doesn’t match the bed skirt as shown in your picture, with out the pink ties. The one with a whole other arrow pattern on the bottom with a different color “because it’s not seen.” After reading this, and your response you clearly just don’t know how to take fault for the fact the service and what you receive is bad business. Can’t even apologize and try to make it right. Again bad business and I’d spent my money elsewhere.Review fromTC C

I did not do enough research when trying to find the perfect crib bedding for my baby. I learned the hard way. I was trying to be understanding with their set backs, but when I asked for them to make it right on their end I got no where other than rude remarks. I have ordered a lot of baby items in a short time period, and have never delt with someone so rude and unprofessional. Luckily I paid with PayPal, so I was able to get my money back, but I have seen other people have not been as lucky. Pretty sad when all you want is to have the perfect nursery for your baby, and you have people like this trying to take advantage of you. As I see with other reviews on BBB, and Etsy, she will reply with an excuse blaming me(funny how it’s always the customers fault) and be very rude with her comment. This is a full lie. This person placed an order, put it on a rush. She was told that her order was shipping on Monday of the following week. She then went immediately and filed with PayPal to get her money back. This was a factor of She needed the money. She received nothing and her order was canceled. We have the customer service transcript to prove she received nothing, she waited to the last minute and filed a claim. Yes, she is one of those lying scammers. THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH A ONE STAR RATING. Buyer Beware. I ordered two crib sheets on October 11th, 2024. I was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks and that they closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas which was fine. As of January 23rd, 2025 I still had not received the package. I inquired several times to customer service to find out where my order was. I was told that the order was ready for shipment on January 14th and confirmed this with a USPS tracking number. The problem is the package was never given to the post office. Finally on January 23rd, I contacted "ACE" again in customer service. I asked about why the package had not shipped. He said the package had shipped that day although the USPS website still said " Pre-shipment, Awaiting item" I told Ace that if the USPS website did not reflect that the package was actually shipped on January 24th then I would call my credit card company and ask for the charge to be removed. The minute I said I would contact my credit card company, the order was magically cancelled and the tracking number was cancelled supporting my response that the package was never even sent after I was told over and over it had shipped. I have never experienced verbal abuse by customer service before and find the behavior outrageous. I was told I would be forwarded to the fraud department and that I was a scammer. I was threatened with "I wouldn't like the fraud department and He doesn't put up with any bull" I was told " I couldn't keep my mouth shut and just thought you would be some hateful old bag spouting off at Ace and Don't message again cause I won't be nice!!" This came from the chat with Ace. I have copies of the chat to document this as well as a copy of the shipping email and USPS tracking number showing it was pre shipment-awaiting item for 9 days. Status Jan 24th-NO REFUND, not sure if I will get one! I don't want anyone else to have to deal with this abuse.DBC Baby Bedding Company, LLC

We couldn't be happier with our bedding set. The quality & beauty was top notch. I only give 4 stars because shipping was delayed and communication was poor. However I did order during their move. I did not feel like I recieved the best customer service or transparency on shipping. I recieved several automated responses with invalid information & we were well past promised shipping time. With that said, I finally recieved confirmation our bedding had been shipped & was relieved I hadn't been scammed. When the bedding arrived, it was beyond worth every bit of the wait. The high quality and beauty, soft material. Well put together made us speechless. My grandson's room was beautiful. I suggest if ordering from this company. You give plenty of time for production and shipment as orders are produced as they are put in & hand made. I promise you'll be happy with your finished product. The best comes to those who wait saying was indeed our outcome! I see a lot of reviews and complaints in shipping and production time in wish the company would just give themselves more time for the beautiful high quality products they sell. I give 5 stars on the finished product along with beauty and quality. This bed set was beyond our expectations & just what you want your new baby to come home to. All our items were included. I did double check with them to be sure I was getting what I thought I was ordering because items are listed in a way I wasn't fully understanding. Customer service was very informative & clear to me exactly what I was ordering & recieving for quoted price. Despite the wait time, we will be ordering for our next grandbaby on the way & are aware of what to expect. This is false. I do see you were offered 2 additional colors. As we were working with the sales rep for the rocker company to see if they were going to put the chair back into production after the first of the year, which is what they told us to do. As was provides to thisnperson, she thought she was buying the exact blanket she bought 3 years ago which was cheetah minky, blush hide with light gold satin. This order she placed now was for cheetah minky, peach crushed minky and gold satin. She was even shown her receipts showing her that she did not order the same blanket. But she kept saying we were wrong and rude for saying she didn't order the same blanket. She ordered NOT the same blanket, this is her error. She received what she purchased.Review fromJessica G

**** poor is the rating. This so called business deserves ZERO STARS. This company is a scam. They are incredibly rude And continue to tell their customers their order will be sent in 6 to 8 weeks and the order never shows up - imagine that. The guy ( or whatever he claims to be) that goes by the name ACE had the nerve to tell me all items are handmade in the USA and best of luck to me with import junk, after explaining to him I’ll never order from them again. Oh and I’m still waiting on my order after almost 2.5 months or longer. And yes, Production times are provided for customers to read, and if you didn't read just ask. And you were told. They charged me so much for embroidery, put it over top of a pattern so you can’t even read what the name says, and the only feedback I got from them about this was “ your entitled to your option”. Yes, the embroidery goes on the bottom right corner, which shown on your blanket on the collection it is the watercolor mountains. And the embroidery stood out on the fabric.. This person is in Canada and also expected us to pay her duty taxes for her. People who live in Canada and order in the US know they have to pay the duty tax.
