Recently (3/1/23) there has been a derogatory mark placed on my credit profile by this company for a debt that I have no knowledge of. There has been no communication between said company and myself, written or otherwise, so listing on my credit report is in violation of the fair credit reporting act (Withholding Notices: You must be given notice on the reporting, handling and use of your credit information. Violations could include: A creditor failing to notify you when it supplies negative credit information.) I request that this be removed from my credit report. Thus going forward, if NCA would like to contact me, they can do so by registered letter requiring a signature receipt. For the protection of both parties involved. I will also be filling disputes with all credit reporting agencies.

I ask what company or bank I got the loan through and Karla said it's not a bank and its a person name Kassandra **** that lives at ***** ******* ** ******* ***** *****. I told Karla that I don't know of such person named Kassandra **** and never got a loan or cash any check from her. I stated she lives in ***** and I live in ******** why would I get a loan from someone there, I could borrow from my bank or someone that lives close by. Karla gave me Kassandra ****** address but not her phone number. After ending the call with Karla ******* from National credit Adjusters, I ****** Kassandra ****** name, address that Karla ******* gave me and found Kassandra **** with her phone number. I called her and explain the situation and she told me she has no clue what I was talking about and that she never gave me a loan or any check to cash and that she don't even know me to even to give me any such money. I called NCA back on 03-06-2023 and they didn't even want to discuss anything and block my phone number so I called from a different phone and spoke with Karla ******* again and she stated that Kassandra **** had called her and she stated that she never gave me any loan or money and why is National credit adjusters giving her info saying different. so after she told me that Karla ******* told me she could not speak to me anymore and then transfer me to a manager to get more run around. manager Izzra told me they have the wrong person but my phone number then i said then how to you report me to the credit bureaus? *** ** *****

I submitted a request for validation for a debt on February 27, 2003 online at the direct customer inquiry website. I did this to ensure receipt of the dispute, due to receiving an error message using the ********************* website. I uploaded the request for validation and a cease and desist. To date, NCA continues collection efforts in violation of federal law. I have email records to prove several attempts were made to access the site within the 30 day period and a direct email request to NCA. I will also contact the FTC and other agencies for assistance in resolving this refusal to honor the request while continuing collection efforts and making it impossible to access the necessary dispute portal.

I was contacted by them in mid January about a title loan I defaulted on. I was offered a settlement agreement of $***. I agreed to pay it in 4 payments. It was NOT on my credit report at the time. I asked if it would hit my report if I agreed to pay it and made payments on time. He said it was due to report on Feb 4th at the earliest. But if I paid my payments on time he didn't think it would report. He said by making this arrangement it would be considered paid in full. They did not start reporting this until after I had made 2 payments. The arrangement is for $*** but the report is showing $***. I told the man in the phone if it did hit my credit I would NOT make any more payments and it could just stay there for 7yrs. The damage is already done. I want this off my report immediately!! I only have 2 payments left and they have ruined my credit even after I agreed to pay and have been making on time payments. If this is not removed immediately I will be canceling all future payments. I was told by the man I could cancel payments anytime. If I have to cancel and any further attempts are made to withdraw funds from my account, I will press legal charges. I just want this removed and I'll pay my last 2 payments and everyone wins.

I received an email notification from Experian Credit Bureau on Monday, Tuesday, February 6th, 2023, informing me that my credit rating took a **-point decrease. I was shocked since I worked hard from bringing my credit score up from *** to *** - * *** ******** ** *****. I immediately filed a dispute with Experian (which I will be filing another dispute due to the unsatisfactory and unsupported findings) to eradicate the derogatory reporting from my file as well as the other two credit bureaus Transunion and Equifax. I then reached out to and called National Credit Adjusters on Tuesday, February 7th at 9:59am and spoke to Ms. ****** (company ID#*****) and inquired why I was being reported, she immediately transferred me to another department in ******* who handles my type of cases. At 10:06am on 2/7/23, I spoke to a manager by the name of Mario ****. He informed me I was being reported due to failure to pay ***** **** - a pay day loan company. I told Mr. **** this was not my debt and to please provide validity and or proof of debt. Mr. **** continued to raise his voice and become extremely combative. I gave Mr. **** my new home address and told him I look forward to receiving correspondence from his organization on or before March 6, 2023, or remove the information from my credit reports. This company did not not have my correct mailing address and I have relocated to ****** ********. I have not lived at the ***** ** ********* *** ****** address in over six years. I kept asking Mr. **** to send me a letter to provide proof of debt and if failure to do so - then finally hung since he did not want to amicably work with me regarding this matter. I am submitting this letter to you in hopes of ensuring this company does their due diligence *** *** ********** ****** ******* ********** ****** ** * ***** ** ************** ******. * **** **** *** ***** ***** ** ********* **** *** ****** *********** *** I feel I am being pursued at this point. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am demanding that the company provide me proof of debt or remove me from the credit bureau which is what the law states. The burden of proof is not on my part - once this organization provides proof of debt I will reach out to my attorney for further assistance.

THIS IS NOT DONE YET!!!!! AND i AM NOT HAPPY
