      Am familiar with this wickedly weird company. There is ZERO connection to the person you are trying to reach. I am unsure how you got my number but I was never used for reference. This has happened twice now with your agency and once was enough. Whatever skip tracing tactics you use, needs to change. I don’t even have a debt with your agency. Nor does my husband. If I get one more contact about anything. It will be rigorously resolved through the correct channels. Thank you.

      I'm literally a minor and they're messaging me regarding debt, which is illegal. I don't even have debt, but if I did, that would require contact with my parents.

      So I received a call from National Credit Adjusters . Once I answered they proceeded to ask me if my name is Jane Doe. I answered yes. The agent then ask me if my birthdate was xx/xx/xxxx I said no but it was and I didn’t feel comfortable verifying that information to an unidentified caller. The agent then asked me if xxxx was my last 4 of my social. I said no but like before it was my information and I didn’t want to give it to the unidentified caller. They hang up immediately. I call back and ask for a manager and then the manager explains to me that I shouldn’t have remembered the info if it wasn’t mine and I explained to the the manager that her agent gave me someone’s PII even after I explained to him that it wasn’t me. I am now worried I am victim of identity fraud cause who knows who else they gave this information to. What can I do? Also the manager hung up on me when I asked to report the security violation

      I called to settle a debt with this company today 9/7/2023 and I spoke with an employee and asked what we could negotiate the settlement for to resolve the debt today she tells me that as a courtesy we can give you a 10% discount they buy these debts for Pennie’s on the dollar and and try to squeeze every penny out of you I agreed to pay half the got rude told me I was the one that owed debt not them I literally paid another debt 30 minutes prior of 1,350 dollars and negotiated to 400 dollars this other debt was total 673 dollars they told me best they could do was 450 dollars I’m trying to be responsible pay debts but these people were very rude and only wanted to take off 10% the woman was totally rude and disrespectful I never got rude with her then when I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for 30 minutes but I could hear them they were talking bad about me and made their mind up that they weren’t going to do anything for me it’s the rudeness and unprofessional behavior and the greed that they wouldn’t negotiate more than 10% when they pay Pennies on the dollar for these debts

      I have been trying reach someone from this company for the last two weeks to settle my account. The phone number, ******0674, goes to an international call center for a company called Halstead Financial. He said they have no ability to remove the debt from my credit report, as NCA is the original collection agency. The person I spoke with refused to give me a contact number for NCA, so I could resolve the issue directly with them, since NCA is the one reporting the debt. After several threats to report them, he gave me a number, ******5947, which is a fax number. I googled another number, ******4433, and it just keeps disconnecting when I go on hold. I called the other number listed on the BBB site, ******2749, and it was a voice mail for NCA Counsel. It's utterly ridiculous that these people can call and harass us, but when we actually WANT to take care of the debt, we have to go through the hassle of unprofessional employees and multiple non-working numbers.

      I got a call from them this morning and they guy told me I had an outstanding bill at speed cash for $1,231.13 I told him no way - never used speedy cash and that is was fraud. He then told me all my account info and that go to identitytheft.gov, fill out a form and e-mail them a screen shot when complete for their records. I then asked if this was going to impact my credit score, and then all of sudden we got disconnected. I called the number back. Verified my info and they then told me it was an error and to disregard the last call. SCAM!!!!!

      We apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced. Our records indicate that the call was lost during your conversation with our representative. In order to resolve your concerns, NCA has terminated the account as fraudulent. This means that all collection activity on the account has ceased, the balance of the account has been zeroed out, and the account will not be sold or transferred. Further, NCA will request removal of the account to the credit bureaus. Please note, the credit bureaus themselves may take up to 90 days to update their reports.

      If I could give zero stars, would. I wish to settle with the company, but the two phone numbers that I have found after lots of digging does not ring, just hangs up on me. For some reason they have my mother in law's address as mine, and when logging into their website, it says account locked for security reasons. I cannot get an answer on email, phone, or by logging in. I am giving up at this point. TERRIBLE COMPANY! They don't even have a working phone. smh.

      I have been a victim of identity theft. I believe this debt is a result of this crime. I deny that this is my debt. I acknowledge this debt in the amount of $463.00 was established without my knowledge or my consent. I have no contractual agreement with NCA.I have previously forwarded a copy of a police report and **** Funding *** has refused to honor my report. Please remove this inaccurate and derogatory item from my credit report.
