1 starI received a call out of no where saying I owe 2,703 dollars. That my last payments were last year in the amount of 200 and 500 dollars. I asked for info what this was for. The man kept trying to get me to pay. I said send me a a statement I have no clue what this is for and I want it in writing. So I know what it's for. Those Payments that high I would remember what it was for and i gave no clue what you're talking about. I get the letter look into the website. The amount owe is 3,500 not the same as the letter sent to me for the amount of 2,703.30. The payments of 500 and 200 are not on the website. I see I made payments back in 2019. But have no record of what this is for and at that time frame I never took a loan out for a large amount of money. I never heard from them till now when my credit score has improved. The letter said my debts to old to sue me but they will report to the credit reporting agencies. This isn't right. How can they came around years later with a crazy amount I owe once I get myself on my feet. With no record of what it's for. Feel I'm being scammed by a company. When no information is provided on what it is for. The website if very vague. It's 2024 and I this account is from 2019? The payments amount told to me don't match or the amount owe doesn't match.Review fromErica-Monique J

1 starthis company recently called me, I asked their representative if this company was a debt collection company. Their response was "Until you confirm your info (birth date etc) I can't tell you who we are!" I asked several times and the representative refused to state what kind of business they were because I wasn't comfortable providing my info to them and I DID NOT have any former business transactions with them. I didn't want to know why they were calling just what type of business they were. The representative was rude.Review fromKayla S

1 starThis company 100%plays the FAVORTISM role. I was blind sided and let go after being a victim to harassment and verbally assaulted by another colleague. This was ongoing for about 6-7weeks, I made two complaints & on the second complaint they terminated me. The perpetrator has a file that is a mile.long for doing this to other previous employees. Indo not have a file at all. This was something that came out of nowhere. HR informed me he was on my side, my MANAGER stated the same thing and the day I was terminated the HR manager, Ian had informed me he was going to pay me for the remaining of the week and to take some time (I actually, the night before stated I needed time to evaluate everything) I was in his office and requested a grievance for Bill Ellington, Ian took notes, gave me the grievance papers, he even told.me I could request where I preferred to sit, he actually wanted to move Allyson Gee. He acknowledged she had been "problematic," previously and that he would pay me for the two days and to come back on Monday and we will move forward with new seating arrangement. Ian then called me less an hour after and informed me I was terminated. He wouldn't tell.me why, I asked twice. I asked if it was because I requested grievance papers on. I'll, he hesitated to answer before stating "no." He stated this was not a one person decision. I messaged Grant, my manager at thr time and he apologized for everything & informed me that he had no part in the decision making & wish "it didn't turn out like this." He also acknowledged that Allyson Gee was "very problemati." I do still have the recording from Ian and I conversation as well as the text from Mrs Mccormick stating that. It is my belief that they're obviously covering something up and the fact that I asked for a grievance before I was terminated days a lot. I know 100% this was influenced by Bull Ellington & Ian being gaslighted by Bill had to enforce Bill's decision. I had to also ask to be paidReview fromFrank G

1 starMy bank account was currently withdrawn for a set amount. I have no idea who this company is, what they do, and I have no contract or any documentation allowing for this transaction to take place. The number that was on the bank statement is a KS number. When I called, there is no introduction of the name of the company, only hours of operation. This is uncalled for. Please refund the amount taken.Review fromCindy M

Am familiar with this wickedly weird company. There is ZERO connection to the person you are trying to reach. I am unsure how you got my number but I was never used for reference. This has happened twice now with your agency and once was enough. Whatever skip tracing tactics you use, needs to change. I don’t even have a debt with your agency. Nor does my husband. If I get one more contact about anything. It will be rigorously resolved through the correct channels. Thank you.National Credit Adjusters, LLC

I'm literally a minor and they're messaging me regarding debt, which is illegal. I don't even have debt, but if I did, that would require contact with my parents.National Credit Adjusters, LLC

So I received a call from National Credit Adjusters . Once I answered they proceeded to ask me if my name is Jane Doe. I answered yes. The agent then ask me if my birthdate was xx/xx/xxxx I said no but it was and I didn’t feel comfortable verifying that information to an unidentified caller. The agent then asked me if xxxx was my last 4 of my social. I said no but like before it was my information and I didn’t want to give it to the unidentified caller. They hang up immediately. I call back and ask for a manager and then the manager explains to me that I shouldn’t have remembered the info if it wasn’t mine and I explained to the the manager that her agent gave me someone’s PII even after I explained to him that it wasn’t me. I am now worried I am victim of identity fraud cause who knows who else they gave this information to. What can I do? Also the manager hung up on me when I asked to report the security violationNational Credit Adjusters, LLC

I called to settle a debt with this company today 9/7/2023 and I spoke with an employee and asked what we could negotiate the settlement for to resolve the debt today she tells me that as a courtesy we can give you a 10% discount they buy these debts for Pennie’s on the dollar and and try to squeeze every penny out of you I agreed to pay half the got rude told me I was the one that owed debt not them I literally paid another debt 30 minutes prior of 1,350 dollars and negotiated to 400 dollars this other debt was total 673 dollars they told me best they could do was 450 dollars I’m trying to be responsible pay debts but these people were very rude and only wanted to take off 10% the woman was totally rude and disrespectful I never got rude with her then when I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for 30 minutes but I could hear them they were talking bad about me and made their mind up that they weren’t going to do anything for me it’s the rudeness and unprofessional behavior and the greed that they wouldn’t negotiate more than 10% when they pay Pennies on the dollar for these debtsNational Credit Adjusters, LLC
