i have been trying to reach this business because someone opened up an account in my name without my consent and I wanna get in touch with the business to know who did it, why , and where but they have yet to respond to any of my calls or messages, it is very hard to reach them, I want this item off of my credit its hurting me badly in succeeding in life please send me a copy of my contractBusiness Response

I honestly don’t get why NATIONAL CREDIT ADJUST is reporting this debt under my name because I don’t owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didn’t even bother to provide it. It’s frustrating because this is hurting my credit for no reason, and it’s just not fair. How can they just put something on my report without any proof? This business National Credit has been reporting to the credit bureaus regarding acc* ******* *** ******** I have disputed all and any know connections to this collection company but the debt remains without the collection company providing any form of validation of the debt to me or the credit bureaus. on previous attempts to dispute the debts the credit bureaus didn't require the collection company to provide any form of documented proof of validation for he debt in which I will be filing a separate compliant regarding the credit bureaus. I am asking the following below from NCA or remove debt from credit report immediately. 1. The amount of orginal debt. 2. The name of the original creditor to whom the debt is owed. 3. Verification/ validation of debt and copy of orginal contract of debt with my written signature that I guaranteed I would pay the debt to original creditor and to your collection company. 4. Please send copy of debt assignment letter and data showing chain of title for your collection company to be able to collect on this debt. 5. Please advise and provide document if any insurance claim was filed and or collected on this debt by the original creditor and/or if original creditor received credit or compensation for writing off debt on taxes or for the sale of debt to collectors.Business Response

I accepted settlement option 3 which meant I would save $248.54 and pay monthly payments of $48.31. The original amount due was $828.25. To accept this, I had to log into their website and pay $48.31 by 3/31/2023 which I did. To confirm everything was in place, I called their customer office. A representative said everything was in place, but also informed me of a second account. She asked if I would like to settle that too. We agreed to increase my monthly payment to $70 per month with it going to the first account then to the second once I paid the total settlement amount of $579.72. I asked for reassurance that I would still save $248.54 which she said yes. We moved forward with this arrangement; however, National Credit Adjusters is not upholding their end of the agreement. I filed two disputes with Transunion and have even called National Credit Adjusters where they confirmed they received all payments. They told me they would call me back once a manager looks at it, but never did. They are now sending me notices to settle the amount that I was supposed to save per the agreement.Business Response
