Pushed a 2019 **** ******* from Roman's motor ** ************ ** with a warranty and supposed pre inspection. When we looked at the car on a Wensday the car had a low tire and I asked them to check the tire. They said it was fine just low from sitting and they aired it up. When I got home I found 4 nails and a tire plug in the driver's front tire. They replaced it about 3 weeks later. Then I take the car in May 19 have not drive the car over 1500 miles and it has a vibration when applying the brakes. Also the car won't fill up, it click off likes it full but, there's only a 1/4 tank of gas in it. So you have to continue to keep clicking the pump back on a half gallon at a time till its full. There maint said it needs brakes and rotors the brakes are down to 30% left... I asked about the warranty or the fact i just got it from them he told me that was my problem, I got angry told him **** *** and he tried to fight me! I left at that time due to he was continuing to just scream profanities at me. I have even ask mutiple times for them to maybe re inspect the car? I get a swift and angry no!

I am happy to speak to this customer. We would be happy to assist on the issues with the vehicle but when we told him what the issue was and he responded with ***** and walked out of the store it is hard to continue communication. I would like to speak with him and find a resolution if he will stay calm and allow us to help. The rotors do need to be turned on the **** brakes are fine and we found nothing obstructing the gas tank from filling up. We have been in business since 1967 and take customer service very serious, but if we are cursed at the conversation must end and will not start up again until everyone can be calm and talk like adults.

    Thank you

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: your mechanic even said the rear brakes are at 30% life left, and the rotors needed turned. How is it they need turned with less then 1500 miles on the car since buying it, if there was a pre inspection done correctly? Feel free to call me, also I said **** *** after I walked out. Your maintenance manager told me the the rotors and brakes are my problem. I'm not paying your company money to fix something that should have been done before it was sold.

    Sincerely,

During a used vehicle inspection a 30% brake life is considered passing. When the brakes are less than 15% life left we replace, but at 30% we do not. I am happy to work with this customer and try to do what we can to satisfy but brakes at 30% is not a required brake pad change. Rotors normally are repaired if when during the inspection we can feel vibration. At time of delivery the rotors seemed fine, but I am willing to assist on the cost of either turning the rotors if possible or replacing them if it removes this complaint and satisfies the customer. Please let me know if this is something we need to move forward with or not. As far as the cussing and argument, it has been addressed with my employee and that is not how we do business and will not be part of how we react in the future. As I mentioned in the first response, we want to keep all our customers happy but everyone has to keep a cool head and I hope we can come to an agreement that satisfies everyone.

    Thank you

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: I will let another shop take care of the brakes. Still can't put fuel in the car correctly but guess I will pay the other shop to fix it since that's asking to much. FYI maybe the bad attitude started with the shop manager telling me to get a real job on the first visit.. *** * ******** *********** **** * ******

    Sincerely,
