    I was referred to Morries to have work done on my 2008 BMWX3 that I had recently purchased. On 05/29/2021 He alleged that he repaired valve cover gaskets, crank shaft, and replaced and reset crank sensors. I paid him in good faith a total of $1267.93 that came with a 2 year warranty . Shortly after my car was repaired I had to take my car to BMW Dealership for a recall. They gave me a print out of work that needs to be done to my BMW and unbeknownst to me my valve cover gaskets, crank shaft, and crank sensors still needed to be repaired. I was very disappointed to find this out because I just paid Morrie for the same work. I called Morrie and told him about BMW dealership diagnosis and he told me to bring my car to him. On 07/27/2022 Morrie told me that my car needed a Camshaft but failed to acknowledge the work that he failed to repair. When I confronted him he never admitted that my car was not fixed and told me that he did not have time to look at it and to bring my car back. I left his auto shop upset because he still did not fix the problem that I had paid him for several months ago and was avoiding the issues. He never fixed what I paid him for this and my car really started giving me problems. I was finally able to tow my car to Morrie on 08/02/2022. He kept my car for a week and never called me or updated me with how he was going to handle fixing all the problems that I already paid him for. He finally called me to tell me to come pick up my car and when I questioned him about the repairs that needed to be fixed he continued to talk about a new problem and never the repairs I already paid him for. The problems still existed and was getting worse. He became upset and threw a car manual at me and told me to take my car somewhere else. At this point I am convinced that he never fixed my car. He diagnosed my BMW and took the money as if he did the work. As you can see he cannot be trusted to do the repairs therefore I just want my money.
