    We ordered suites from shor-line that were supposedly ready to ship because they were made incorrectly for somebody else. Our check cleared on Mar 13th. Rep said they would ship by Friday, the 16th and we would probably receive them by Mar 20/21st. We would also get a tracking number. Then, sorry it wasn't going out today. but sure they were scheduling a truck. When no email by *** Mar 20th, I texted & asked what was going on?NO answer. Mar 21st I text : Hello Rep said he was traveling, and call 1-800-444-****, Why should I? He is the salesman.But I called, the gentleman told me he would put in a request for a ship day and let me know. Of course, I heard nothing & called again. Now I was told they are waiting for parts & sees a ship day of Apr 11th. I told him that might be our 2nd order and I knew they werent ready. I said the suites were ready a month ago when we first started communicating with your company. He repeated 2 or 3 times they are waiting for parts. I said you arent helping me and hung up.I text rep "my items still at the facility." No response.Mar 22nd, I text asked if there is anyway he can check into this. No response and still no email. Mar. 24th I text again "well" Guy did call me and confirm they were waiting on parts to put the suites together. Wonderful! What happened in February when you told me they are ready to ship today?He said do you want me to send the suites & overnight the parts later. Really! Can you use them without the parts? Probably not. Meanwhile I have another order I had to put on hold because this one was so screwed up, I wouldn't have enough room for both orders. Then I got a text everything being shipped today, March 24th. Waited for tracking number all day and then 4:09 rep was told won't have tracking number until Monday. Guess I'll find out later, but I would not recommend this company.
