We had a great experience with Stranger Creek in 2022. Steve worked with us when we wanted to change the design of the steps. He changed the steps without any additional charges and we are thrilled with the way the pool turned out. We are very happy with the service Steve and his guys provided. Steve was always very responsive including any follow up questions we had. Highly recommend.

Stranger Creek built our pool in 2021. It was a wonderful experience! We really appreciated working with Steve and his crew. He is honest and a straight shooter. Any issues that arose during our complicated pool build, were addressed and fixed. Our pool turned out even better than we hoped. It has been a pleasure to have people over to enjoy the paradise Steve created for us. He changed our lives and how much we enjoy our home. We can't thank Stranger Creek enough for all they have done!

Stranger Creek Pools designed and built an amaz*** pool and spa for us back in 2008, and to this day it still “wows” everyone who steps into our back yard. Steve K***, owner, has been a partner with us since day one, respond*** to and help*** resolve any question we might have. In fact, after 14 years, the original cover finally wore out; all it took was a phone call and Steve provided me the mathematical configuration of the custom cover. It has been replaced and it looks great. We could not have been more pleased with our investment as well as our partnership with Steve and Stranger Creek. Sixteen years and still go*** strong.

It's disappointing to read negative comments that are filled with untruths. This was a solid custom-made UL rated safety cover made by Tara industries. The name Tara is printed along the entire edge of the cover. In no world can you buy an 'L" shaped "tarp" with a cut out for a Hot Tub from the hardware store. To infer we did a bait and switch is hurtful and untrue. It took 7 men 3 hours to install the cover as it was so difficult. Late night my Manager starts receiving texts from this customer complaining about the water on the cover and the ducks that had roosted on the cover. When asked why she hadn't been pumping the water off she advised that the pump quit the day we delivered it. So for 4 months, without communicating to us the cover pump quit it's our fault. We have shipped her a new cover pump the next day. Last night when advised we could share the invoice for the cover their response was "You can produce your fraudulent paperwork during discovery". Whenever you have two opposing structures expansion joints are placed in between and an industrial grade caulk is installed. In pool tile it is standard operating procedure to have a couple of joints that will expand and contract. As in the decking, there is a caulked expansion joint between the coping and the pool deck and was installed by the general contractor not us. The complaints about grout on the tile is actually scale from improper pool chemistry. We have cleaned it twice, but they were unconvinced so for a 3rd time we sent 7 men with single edge razor blades to scrape off the scale from every single piece of tile. We went so far as to video record the process and saved some in a bag to prove our point. Statements that the grout is a different color are wrong. It is because they picked a very light-colored grout and that which is under water is a bit darker when it gets wet. If you go outside and pour some water on your concrete sidewalk, you'll see the same effect. This is a beautiful pool.
