AMC restarted our A list account and charged us without notifying us via email or in any other way. This created a massive overdraft fee of 70$ as it was linked to an account we are not using. AMC has turned off all their corporate numbers. The theaters won't deal with A-List issues, and say they can not contact AMC's corporate office. Consumers are left getting charged and with no help. Note, since being charged and canceling our service, Our A list was turned on again somehow. This is criminal and insane.Business response

Gifted an a list membership for 3 months, instead of activating the membership the company automatically put the cost of the gift ($69.99) on a gift card, but will not let me purchase the membership with that gift card. so they have essentially taken $69.99 from my friend with no option for a refund, and I cannot get in touch with them on any platform for customer service. I have tried *******, ********, phone, email, and talking to a manager of a franchise in person. I would like this resolved by getting the $69.99 back.Customer response
