      Please do not use this company. Very poor communication throughout the process. No showed an appointment with me. Damaged our fascia. Did not clean up the yard for nails, etc. Please, please use a different company.

      Emerson responded after a hail storm and has guided us every step of the way from starting the insurance claim, resolving claim issues and scheduling repairs. We are so pleased to have them on our team as we have never had to do this before and they know exactly what needs to be accomplished to repair the damage.

      From a customer service perspective., I was very happy with the level of communication and overall professionalism with Jared and James. I’ve only had the roof on for a day. But it looks good and I have to assume it will be free of leaks or problems. This might seem like a minor thing. But I felt the clean up after the job was actually very good! I had a roof installed 15-18 years ago. And I remember nails and other debris was surprisingly plentiful around the perimeter of my house. This clean up seems much more thorough.

      Emmerson replaced our roof and gutters in February. The projecr manager was very helpful in explaining the process and helping us on the insurance claim. The work was done timely and the crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Two different guys came afterwards to inspect the work and ensure we were satisfied. We are very happy with the work and would highly recommend Emmerson.

      Emerson replaced our siding after storm damage previously and this year fixed our roof and gutters after a tree fell on the house. Both projects were done professionally and far exceeded our expectations. Between the project manager and workers on the project they made a stressful life event easy for us handle and overall made the process as stress free as possible. I recommend Emerson and will be a customer for life.

      Great personnel from sales to installers, great communication through out the process from start to finish. Roofing the Gutter installers did an excellent job of not only installing the roof and gutters but also the final clean up. *************** was excellent in keeping us informed not only with the installation process but also providing assistance with any question we might have that needed to be directed to our insurance carrier. We highly recommend this company.

      Awesome company!! We just recently had our roof and gutters replaced from hail damage. From day one *** guided us through the whole process with ease! It was an insurance claim and they made it so easy through every step. Thank you *** and the whole team for a smooth process.

      We recently had our roof and guttering replaced after a hail storm and were very pleased with the professional way we were treated. The project manager was very personable and led us through the process step by step. We were happy with the workmanship and the installers were courteous and cleaned up the job sight at the end of the day. We highly recommend this company.

Being in uncharted territory, ***** walked me through the estimate from a recent hail damage, worked with my insurance adjuster onsite, navigated me through the financial landscape and presented options to my wife and me regarding different types and color schemes for our new roof. Really a full service company that made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Communication was key as ***** and his crew were always a text or phone call away if I ever had any concerns. I would highly recommend ***** and Emerson to my family, friends and neighbors.
