Terrible company! Terrible phlebotomist, Samantha who also claims to be a registered nurse. I called the company a week ago and spoke to Cristy who forwarded me to Aarons voice mail so that he could give me a call back. My mother and I attended a meeting to get her lab test results done In Clovis CA. We were Greeted by Samantha the phlebotomist. She drew blood from my mothers right arm( for life insurance) , but did not get the vein, She decided to fish around a little. She removed it and threw it in the sharps container. She reach to grab a butterfly needle form her back pack. She opened is and threw the wrapper in the trash can. She then started looking for something else, She placed her hand on inside the sharp container stating she had tossed something in there that she needed. I asked my mother what it was and stated it was something black, The vacutainer. This is not acceptable! She also didn't change her gloves after sticking her fingers in there. She is a threat to clients and patients. Later on I asked her what she had gotten from the sharps container and she didn't tell me. She asked me i i had gone to school here in the US for medical assistant. I told her I did and told her we or anyone isn't allowed to take anything out of the sharps container. She proceeded to say she had already emptied the sharps container and she tried to changed the conversation. I called Christy. I spoke to her last week and was told I could leave Aaron a voice mail and that she would also text him so that he could call me back that day. Nor Christy or Aaron have called me back. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. SHAME ON Aaron the manager and shame on Samantha or Sam as she like to be called. I will call the state for further action.
