    He hired him for our engagement photos and had zero problems so we trusted him and hired him for our wedding. He was nice to work with but after wedding was done he took several months to get our photos to us. We had bought a photo book package that was NOT the photos we agreed upon and received a flash drive that was supposed to have all our photos on it, the flash drive doesn’t work. I contacted him and he replied he’d make it right. That was 7.5 years ago and we never received anything. All calls, emails, texts etc go unanswered.

    Horrible customer service. Have been waiting 2 1/2 months for our wedding photos and cannot get ahold of him. Filed a complaint a few weeks ago and got an email saying we would have them by last weekend. Still have not received photos and cannot get ahold of him.
