    I bought a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan on August 13, 2024. The total paid for it was $7407.41. This was paid off in installments and I wasn't allowed the title until it was paid off in mid September. It began having problems stopping in August. It went to a mechanic to have a visual inspection and a code read. Not to fix. The mechanic discovered catastrophic mechanical problems, evidence of a front end accident which I was told had never been in an accident. He wondered why no warning lights were on with all of these problems and discovered that black tape was covering a number of warning lights on the dashboard that he needed a flashlight to discern the tape. His recommendation was to not drive it, take photos and seek legal help to get a refund. I would like a complete refund. Thank you for your help. I am uploading the mechanic's note. I also have all of the paperwork, photos and carfax upon request.

    When you purchase a vehicle it’s in the person that owned it before you name and as a dealer we can reassign that title to you with the paper attached to title, then you take that title to to the DMV and they take that title and register in your name and give you you new license plates and mail you the new title with your name on it … that’s how it always works you have to take the title to dmv to get it registered to you and you new plates

    I was sold a vehicle with mechanical failure already in place and an attempt was made to conceal warning lights and damage. I am requesting a full refund and will return vehicle. I did not feel it necessary to notify a law firm at this time because I feel this can be settled simply and quickly using this platform. Thank you for your time

    I purchased a car from them on 5/14/2024. When I test drove the vehicle everything seemed to be in working order. When I drove it home the air conditioning was not working. I took it to my mechanic and he said the compressor was bad. He said they forced freon into it it would work briefly. I took it out the following Saturday per the salesperson and I was told that no mechanic was on duty. They knew there was a problem and did not say anything about it. Also, the second time I contacted them regarding this they told me I could bring it out and see if it is covered under their 50/50 warranty. They are scam artists and liars

    Sorry *** ***** is having problem with his air-conditioning 

    *** ****** purchased his car on 4/15 2024 not 5/14 as stated in his complaint .... on May 6. 3 weeks after he purchased his car he text me and told me he was having problem and I told him that I was sorry he was having a problem and to bring it in Thursday morning and I would get it fixed under the 30 day 50/50 warranty he said no thanks and he was going to contact The BBB 

    I'm sending a signed copy of our warranty that states is a 30 day or 1000 miles what ever comes first 50/50 warranty and it only on the internally lubricated parts of motor and transmission { air conditioning not covered } but I agreed to fix it under the warranty anyway 

    Also I'm sending The Signed Bill of sale showing purchase date, Copy of him declining the extended warranty that would of covered the air conditioning and a copy of our text messages that show that he contacted me 3 weeks later on Monday May 6 and I asked him to bring the car in for repairs that following Thursday May 9

    Car was purchased in September 2023, has not been able to be driven since 12/18/23. Had to wait to get money have car towed because the dealer nor the warranty would pay to have it taken to the shop. Got it to the shop finally and after a week they said I need a new engine then I was told I need a transmission 4 days after the expected delivery date. I was told I had to pay 750.00 originally due to the engine and now the amount due is unknown. Was told I was going to be charged storage fees and for all the fluids put in the car. Contacted **** multiple times and he said basically oh well. I still have no car and have to pay the car note and insurance. Car is a lemon, lastly the warranty is sold by the dealer and he said there is nothing he can do… Put 4000.000 down and the car note is 276.17 monthly

    We are very sorry She is having a problem with her car .... She purchased her car back in September 7 months ago our warranty is only 30 days she purchased a warranty though the company that financed her ..

    She contacted me in march, 6 months after the sale and told me the warranty company wouldn't pay for her repairs I told her that would probably be because the mechanic shop over charged her for the repairs . I talk to the repair shop and they charged to rebuild her engine almost they said, Its my opinion that it only needed a timing chain and that shouldn't have cost over 2500.00 and after talking to them that's all they did. the warranty company paid 4500.00 toward the repairs and there was a balance of 750.00 she said she had no money and couldn't get the car out of the shop so I gave her the 750.00 to get it out of the shop and I thought she was happy .. This is a complaint she should be having with her warranty company not us

    I bought this back in October 2023. Had a Warranty thru **** Canceled it 2 months ago. The company sent them the refund. They yet to send it to ******** ********* to redo my loan. They keep telling me they don't have it

    I purchased a 2010 Nissan Pathfinder from KC USED CAR EMPORIUM on 3/29/2022 as of 12/30/2022 I have yet to receive the title or release saying that the title is clear. I have bot been able to title my vehicle that I paid cash for almost a year ago. John and Cecily at the dealership just tell me they are working on it, this reply is no longer acceptable and I just want the title to the car I paid for.

    We Gave Him a clear Kansas title in March he registered his car in Missouri and received his License plates, a few months later State Of Missouri sent him a letter stating they had a old Lein on the title that they had no record of release 

    we contacted the auto auction where we got the car and they worked on getting that old lein release and where able to get that and we gave it to him so every thing should be done (side note this is a ongoing problem in Missouri old leins that where paid off in Missouri they had a glitch years ago and they didn't get posted in their system and is a State of Missouri Problem.....  the state of Kansas shows all lein paid )

    I paid $100.00 for a Down-payment for a vehicle and was told that the vehicle would be put on hold till my bank transferred the rest of the funds this was on August 30th. Today September 1st I went to go put have the vehicle and it was sold with out my knowledge and they will not refund my money. I've also checked the ****** on several vehicles on there lot and some of the ****** states that the title has been washed. So there cleaning titles to make the vehicles look better then what they truly are. I just want my deposit back and would like sometime of investigation done on this buisness for title washing

    I was a victim of a yo yo financing scam from KC Used car Emporium, in Merriam, KS. I was approved for financing, given the keys, car, and temporary tag, and two days later, take the car back, because the financing company didn't want to finance, even after they said I was approved, and was given the keys. Now I don't know how I'll get to my job.

    I’m sorry he was up set .. we sent his application to a finance company and they approved it based on his stated income he put in application so we delivered the car in good faith that every thing was accurate …the finance company called us the next day said they wouldn’t do the loan..

    said he was unemployed for over a month so they couldn’t make the loan

    we are sorry it didn’t work out we lost a sale

    Bought a car that broke down within a week of buying it. Car broke down again the next week. Each time they said they fixed the issue and that something different was wrong with it. Paid almost $10,000 cash for a car that stopped running twice. **** ******** was not all willing to work with me to resolve the issue.
