We are writing to express our extreme frustration and disappointment with service we have received regarding my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The ordeal we have endured over the past 6 months has been nothing short of a nightmare. In June 2023 we brought our Jeep in for service which is covered by a ***** ******* warranty. After approximately a week in the shop, we were informed the cost of repairs were over $9,000. We were then told a third-party inspection was required by ******* prior to proceeding with the repair. While we waited for the results of this inspection, communication from the department disappeared. After two personal visits to the service center and two changes in advisors, our case was taken over by the service department manager. In August we were told by the service manager that ******* was offering a buy out, which we accepted. We then proceeded to purchase a vehicle based on the buy out amount that would accommodate our wheelchair bound son. The nightmare truly began after agreeing to accept ********* offer. Our calls and personal visits to the service department were met with apathy, and we were constantly shuffled between individuals. To make matters worse, the service manager responsible for our case and offer had moved on, leaving the new service manager unaware of any prior agreements. By mid-December we were finally told the claim had never been submitted correctly. The service department had to restart the process with ******** We have now learned that ******* has approved the repair and will not be offering a buy out option. Despite the distress this situation has caused my family, the service department/dealership has failed to take any responsibility or provide any reasonable solutions. The lack of communication or resolution is unacceptable. The general manager has been unwilling to accept a meeting to discuss our issues. No one should have to endure such a prolonged and distressing experience when dealing with a service repair.

The perfect epitome of a "stealership". I brought my car in for an oil change today, I arrived and spoke with Kendrick who quoted me $99 for the service, I asked about a coupon (Mopar usually has them online) and he said they had a 10% off he could give me. So the cost would be $89 plus tax ($99.92). I signed the tablet showing that amount. Once my car was done Kendrick came and took me to the cashier, he handed me a bill for $117.98. I asked him why it was more than what I was quoted and why they had added an additional "shop supplies" fee. He said that was "for disposal of the oil and tools and stuff". I pointed out that was NOT what I had agreed to pay and he realized that he hadn't put the coupon on there. He then returned with an invoice for $106.68, still w the "shop fees". I told him that I wasn't going to pay more than I agreed to in the beginning and asked for a manager. Enter Lucas. When he comes in he immediately tries to tell me I "wasn't paying for the shop fee's because I was given a $10 coupon. I told him what I was quoted for the service and the price I had agreed to. He then changed his story to "every dealership in the country charges that, there's no one who doesn't and its a valid charge". I said that it then needed to be expressed upfront, not added on to the back of an invoice after the service was performed. I then returned to the invoice, Lucas again tried to convince me that I "had gotten a good deal" because of the coupon and even though it was more than I had been quoted for the work, "that's what the price was going to be and there's nothing I could do about it". Well Lucas, that's where you are wrong. I payed the added on fee's to get my car back, so I guess you win there. But now hopefully other people who might consider coming to your dealership know the scams you are trying to pull and will take their business elsewhere. The world is WAY to connected for dishonest businesses to thrive. I wouldn't recommend anyone do business there.

We do apologize for the misunderstanding on your visit. While it is standard for shop supplies to be added to our repair invoices, we understand that may not have been clear upfront. We will refund the shop supplies back to the method of payment on file.
