      On 4/19/2024 I went through the car was at 230 as i usually do. This time i heard a loud banging starting from my front bumper all the way to my rear bumper and again i heard it hitting the truck behind me in the wash. The manager did an emergency stop on the wash. I watching him in my rear view mirror pull something long and metal one of the wash parts. The manager came right over said he was sorry and something must have came off another customers car. He spoke to me and the other vehicle involved. He opened the claim up ************************ I received the email confirming this. He said someone will reach out in a few days and get my car in for an estimate. However this is false. Multiple emails multiple calls to cooperate no response. Spoke to the collision place where they send the cars to be told that the manager is the one who has to send it for an estimate/repair or payment. The manager said otherwise. there is extensive damage from my front bumper through the entire right side, scratched windows, quarter panels, cracked tail light (that's a hazard waiting to happen) back bumper. I pay way to much on my 2018 explorer that is well kept for this place to not fix their screw up. I leave for vacation in a week and now i get to drive a damaged car and this is causing me extreme anxiety and mental stress. There is thousands of dollars of damage on my car and i will not allow this company to just brush it off. This is unacceptable and bad business practice. I drive with two small children in my car i don't need my tail lights or headlight going out or worse catching on fire from water seeping in or worse have electrical issues. Who will fix that when it happens???

      I took my car through GO Car Wash 5/23/23. After running my car through the wash I noticed that I had paint taken off on BOTH sides of my rear panels. I immediately reported it. GO did take an incident report and told me that someone would contact me soon. 5 phone calls, 2 trips to the actual location and 2 emails to corporate over 3 weeks, never received a call back or response. Finally got the manager from the ********** ******* location. He told me that the camera's were down that day, it wasn't their fault and there must have been previous damage. I informed him that my car had gone through the other location/car washes with no incidents. I wanted them explain why there was damage in the same place on both sides. My concerns are; that they should be financially responsible to fix my car and as a corporation they should call back their clientele when concerns arise.

      This complaint was denied because 1, the vehicle is older than 8 years old and we do not cover vehicles over 8 years old. 2, there were paint chips on other parts of the vehicle. The customer said it was our tire shine machine, but our tire shine machine doesn't sit up that high. I explained all of this to the customer as I was taking the incident report and also over the phone.

      While going through the carwash on June 2,2022 the carwash equipment caught on and pulled off part of my driver’s side rear wheel well and back bumper. I used this car was on a routine basis before with no issues in the unit. There was also a wash attendant on the driver’s side of my car as I entered the was bay.

      The reason for dening the claim was the rear bumper was already damaged. The pictures I have attached are the photos from before the customer went through the car wash. Also attached is GO Car Wash not responsable for sign which is posted right before you pay for your wash.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The car wash grabbed the rear fender/bumper and pulled it off my car. I am not asking for That piece. I want the part fixed where the fender now rubs on my tire and hangs off my car which you can clearly see it does not do beforehand. There were numerous pictures taken by your staff that day on their tablet try looking at those and you will clearly see the damage I am speaking of.

      Received an unauthorized charge on 2/27 in the amount of $10.89. I had visited the car was last month. The tenant had informed me of some special they were running on memberships. I told him I was good. He asked if I was sure because it would give me the best wash at the cheapest price and he said he could go in and cancel it right when he was done with me. I said okay and he took a picture of my receipt and went inside and I continued thru the wash. It appears that my membership was never cancelled like the tenant said he would. I have called the location phone number and corporate number several times. The location phone number has a full mailbox but was able to leave voicemails for corporate cust service dept and accounts receivable. I have not been contacted back.
