    I originally signed up for an all access membership including recovery. After about a year I removed the recovery add on. 3 months after being charged the correct amount it was increased to the full amount including recovery.

    We are attempting to respond to the complaint.  This member was refunded.  It was rejected by his bank because he blocked us as a merchant.  We do not have a way to refund him.

    I hired a personal trainer at chiefs fit and have had continuous issues with said trainer since starting. I have attached the correspondence I have had with the general manager as well as the operations manager. The email thread attached outlines the terms of my personal training agreement, as well as the services I did not receive. I spent $1320.00 on personal training and received maybe $200 of training IF that. I have asked to speak to someone at their corporate office and it has been 10 days and have yet to receive a response from anyone.

    Hello,

     

    The below Chiefs Fit member signed an agreement for a 3 month commitment to our Personal training department. Within this agreement it states that the member commits to a 3 month auto renewing agreement and must terminate 30 days prior to her next billing date.

     

    We have reached out to the member and understand her complaint with our Coach here at Chiefs Fit.

     

    The member has voiced that she would not like to change coaches but would like a refund for her used and paid services.

     

    This member has had the ability to change trainers and received many complementary sessions. The member refuses to switch trainers and has utilized all paid training sessions. The member states she has only received maybe $200 of training but this is incorrect. The member is able to use or transfer any untrained sessions at anytime.

     

    Above I have attached the members signed agreement.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have not used any of the complimentary sessions that were given to me so that is a bold faced lie. Also they told me to train with another trainer and use those free sessions I would have to sign another contract and i refuse to do that with the service I have received.
