    Very similar experience to Noel. All the reviews about hidden fees and dishonest deals at sign up you read on Google are 100% correct. I recommended Chiefs Fit to many friends but will now strongly advise against. There are many gyms in town with better, honest deals.

    Warning to any present and future members of Chiefs Fit country club Plaza. I canceled my Membership with the GM in person November 23’ and was still charged for the next 3 months even though I was charged first and last month at sign up. They said I missed the cancellation deadline by 2 days which was fine, but they kept recurring payments to my card for the next 2 months. Then it’s a major hassle to get them to refund me when you call them. When they finally paid me back there is no email or call sent to apologize for any inconvenience . When I asked if this happens a lot to cancelling members I was told yes. It’s not the members jobs to have to cancel your bank card to stop recurring charges from this unprofessional and conniving gym. Worst experience I’ve had in my 25 years as a gym goer.
