It’s unsettling that SelectQuote, while claiming to offer trusted life insurance guidance, partners with unaccredited and poorly rated companies—misleading shoppers seeking quality coverage. This is further compounded by subpar and dehumanizing customer service from representatives from Jeff and John. These affiliations and treatment create conflicting standards for those seeking genuine assistance. Moving forward, I urge you to foster a service environment that supports clarity and trust. As an accredited company, any lapse reflects not only on your brand but also on those who endorsed you. One hole can sink the ship.

What a bunch of used car salesmen. They will give you an initial quote, but once they get your medical records, they will look for ways to increase that rate. They were trying to diagnose me with conditions my doctor wasn’t???

Hung up on by the agent the minute he heard I was a disabled veteran. Lucky they showed who they are before any money changed hands and glad I did more research on this company...

The company didn't go entirely to the dogs until a few weeks after they became publicly traded on May 20, 2020. When I started, my division prided itself on transparency when talking to clients and not using sleazy sales tactics. That changed overnight. As did our commission structure. Suddenly, it became nearly impossible to make commission or bonuses. Suddenly, all breaks were timed and critiqued, the quality care (the worms who listen in to your calls) became strident and all powerful, and supervisors and shifts were changed willy-nilly. I had complications after hip surgery. Unfortunately, this happened during the peak season, and it was unilaterally decided that if we missed one day, even for a medical reason or even with a doctor's excuse, we would be fired. I had a series of emergencies and had to go to the clinic several times after my hip replacement. Nothing was said to me by my bosses for several days until after. er I had clocked in to work for the weekend. Then my newest supervisor gave this long self-serving speech about how she tried to make herself available during my emergencies, that if I had called a few more times she could have worked the paperwork around to keep me. Sorry, you are fired. Through the grapevine, and having contacted the few remaining senior citizen workers, I found out this was a tactic the company adopted to rid itself of senior citizen workers. So, I lost a grand a week comm due to the new improved commission structure. And soon after, my apartment and belongings. I returned their equipment in pristine condition, way ahead of time, but still received harassing letters, as well as a short paycheck. If they hadn't become publicly traded but remained a privately owned company, I would probably still be there. The pay had been great, the micromanagement not severe, the bosses amiable and only moderately stressed, and they had been understanding regarding those of us who had health issues.

This company is a liar and a thief. They make promises that they can't keep to their employees and force them to quit if they don't like the decision made by the company. I've been with this company for 2 1/2 years and I was approached 4 times to become a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (LISA) from my Senior Director Associates (SDA) role. I turned them down 3 times. Come to find out their recruiters get paid extra to sell the Insurance Agent role to agent to get them to commit. So the 4th recruiter had to make some promises to me that he could not keep to get me to commit. I told me that if I take on this new role as and insurance agent I would be able to return to my previous role as an SDA if things did not work out as an LISA no questions asked. Yes, whatever the recruiter had to do to close me on this LISA position he did. He made a promise that the company says they don't do. So when after training and not even a week on the floor I reached out to my supervisor and asked to go back to SDA role because this LISA role was not for me. I had reached out to my supervisor, supervisors supervisor and even HR and after speaking with them they are calling me a liar to face saying that the recruiter would never say something like that, I must of misunderstood him. My proof that I did not want to become an LISA is in the fact that I turned this company down 3 times before they sent their super recruiter to me to get me to commit. Knowing he would use dirty tactics and fraudulent promises just to make him some money. That makes me question not only the integrity of the recruiter but also the company for not looking at the facts and coming to a reasonable decision for me the employee. Now mind you after all the false promises and false pretence that I was upgraded to the LISA under are not the worst of it all. This company told me after my first request to go back to SDA that it would not be an issue for me to return but when it was time to return the denied me!!!

I have been trying to get a Medicare Advantage plan since October. 16, 2025 I just submitted my 4-5th application because nobody follows through to make sure everything is set. I now have no supplement plan until Feb 2025 because of their lack of responsibility. I have spent hours on the phone going through the same process. VERY UNHAPPY with this service!

God forgive me but they're a bunch of dishonest, untruthful people. You get passed from one person to the other but None were honest with me. Asked them to VOID/PULL my application for Medicare supplement coverage/assured me they did-BUT a Cigna policy got Issued. Been working 6days to get cancelled FLAT& they better do so. I've received about 10emails from these people who Said No Record of Me. Do Not deal with these people. Exploit elderly & probably young. Roxanne H
