      Set up for a delivery for this Friday 05/26 for my wife to receive on her day off since I work nights and sleep during the day. I was dead asleep on 05/25 when the delivery men decided to call me a bunch of times to wake me up a little before 1pm. Explained the delivery isn't supposed to be until the next day and I was sleeping for my shift at the hospital and not dressed to come outside at that moment. I was then threatened that if they have to take it back today to deliver tomorrow when we would have been ready to receive it, it "has a good chance of being damaged." I was then told if I called to complain they would charge me for the inside delivery that I was told was included anyway with this delivery. I even had stressed on the phone when I set up the appointment that I needed to do it when my wife would be available. Would they enjoy being woken up at 1am for a delivery with threats? I called the person who I scheduled the delivery with to complain despite the threats to not do so and they did not seem very concerned with the incident.

      Ive had a total of 3 shipments from this company and in my opinion they are the worst freight company I deal with. They will hold your shipments and delay shipping them for on resign or another. Two of the three pallets have been damaged. One of those two pallets seemed to be ok and I even sight for delivery, however while the driver was still there I did notice damages and ask to refuse the delivery. The pallet wasnt move tampered with as witnessed by the driver. The driver refused to cross out my signature and take the pallet. Come on. 60 seconds went by. I can understand if the driver had left and then I reported damaged, but he was just loading his pallet **** back in the truck. So the pallet was left in front of my door for many d

      I am sorry to hear that was your experience. The core of what we do is work with customers like yourself to get your freight delivered timely, and without damage. While there are many variables that play into that, that's what you should expect to happen most of the time. Regarding this particular situation with the driver, it does seem you were being reasonable if the driver was still there. If you feel additional followup is still warranted, call our ********************* at ************, and ask to speak with a manager as needed.

      worst company out there for *** services. They quote one price and charge three times the quoted price and expect you to pay for services that were never requested.

      I am sorry to hear that's been your experience. When providing quotes, we try to provide the best estimate based on the information given to us at the time. We understand that customers are making business decisions based on those quotes, so we don't want discrepancies after the fact either. If your actual rate changed, it would seem there must be some characteristic of the actual shipment that did not match what was quoted.       Terrible service. will be out of business soon. would never use . still waiting for product shipped two weeks ago, just sitting in there warehouse and you cant talk to a live person or *************

      Terrible lack of service! My order was routed through YRC Freight from ******** to ******. After sitting in the warehouse in ****** for a week I had to call to schedule delivery. They scheduled, but did not show up! I am not able to get anyone to respond on the live chat or the phone, and am going to have to drive to their location and find someone in person. Absolutely unacceptable! Order number is ************.

      I paid for a 4 day guaranteed shipping service. The shipment took 19 DAYS to be delivered. No resolution from YRC as they are still hiding behind the "lingering effects of covid". My customer returned the $6,000 order as it was 2 weeks late and they could no longer use it and said they will no longer use my services. And to top it off , I was just billed an additional $80 for the shipment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

      I had a transmission shipped from ******* to the **********************. The business put out for bid on uship and YRC picked it up December 9th with initial ETA of December 15th. Schedule slipped so that destination business was closed for holidays so I had to reroute to a residential garage for storage. This moved the destination about 5 miles and they charged me a fee for the change in destination. I am fine with that, but the initial invoice was over $1200! When I called for an explanation they said it was the wrong invoice and it was only $210. This is on a shipping cost of around $600 for the sender. **************** person did not think that fee was excessive for reprinting a label and changing the address in their dispatch system,

      We commissioned YRC Freight in *****, ** to pick up and deliver our products from ** to **. This firm commitment to having either a fork lift or lift gate. That was false. In addition they damaged over 15% of our inventory and did not compensate us for the destruction incurred by their staff. In addition, we noted several boxes torn open with stolen inventory by their company. Customers BEWARE, the Terminal Manager II there-**** Theilhart at ************ was incredibly rude, unapologetic and completely tone deaf on running a team or logistic service.They also go by name of Yellow--address ************************************************************. We have already filed an insurance claim in dispute of their negligence and incompetent staff.

      One star only because I couldn't leave no stars. The most incompetent carrier in the *** business. Can't follow directions, can't return phone calls, hold times of 40+ minutes to talk to a person. They picked up a shipment a month ago, and still can't give me a delivery date. **************** refuses to help, drivers are rude, and you better believe it's going to be damaged by the time it gets there, then will refuse your freight claim. They are the epitome of bottom feeders.
