            2/15 purchase a new car from Metcalf Auto. Had three tragic deaths happened and had to travel to bury my mother in law. Fast forward I was late on a payment but still managed to make the payment to bring the account current. I have been making all my other payments prior on time.Because everything is delayed two weeks behind because I’m playing catch up. I called to make my past due payment today they told me they can’t take that payment at all they can process the past due and current due I explained that I only had enough on my card to bring it current today and awaiting for the rest of my funds to be released to pay the other payment. They still won’t take my payment. Bad business and definitely not for the people at all. I can see if I was months behind but I’m not I’m still making the payments. What company won’t take a payment

            Got 2 vehicles from them and had to spend over a thousand dollars on both vehicles and they turned off my car after being a day late. I was stranded in the 100 degree heat and they refused to reset the vehicle and complained about us constantly being late. He said he was trying to help us but he refused to come tow the car and called me profanities and he hung up on me. B.J. is very rude and unprofessional and even after we gave him the payment, he said he was offended because I called him a jerk because I have to always call him back after making a payment because they always forget to turn the alarm off. Problems with the phone service and outdated computers are a problem too. This is a buy here pay here place so avoid them! We still have $11,000 on a CX-7 Mazda and it has 199,000 miles and refused to sell us another vehicle because he assumed that we couldn't afford it so we are stuck with it and now the Ford focus is stranded even though we made the payment! BJ refused to get it towed either!
