  I was told Tuesday 11/2/21 that Paul ordered my mirror and would be there the next day and it will be *** plus labor so about $***-$***. I called yesterday and was told yesterday that got it in and asked if I could bring it in today for him to fix my side mirror. He said yes that would work and to be there about 2-230 and it will take about 30-45 minutes to fix. My boyfriend was going to stay but they said they would bring him home and call as soon as it was done. 30-45 minute turned into 3 and a half hours. When my bf gets there he was told that they "fixed" but not the actual mirror that goes on my car. They charged me $*** for rigging my mirror and if we bring it back in in a few weeks he can put the correct mirror in and charge me $*** plus labor.

One that you asked multiple people if they could get. Everyone said no. I went as far as to spend my own money to have it over night shipped( mind you there are about 11 different options on your vehicle from the factory). None of the ones I ordered from the used car parts retailer would fit correctly. As I told ypur boyfriend. Your boyfriend was adamant that I HAD to be done today because you had a trip and didn't want to get pulled over. I Said ok so walked a good portion of my day trying to make something happen so that you could make your trip. I discussed it with your boyfriend when he came to the shop. And we ended up finding one for ***** AND I told him I would pay for it and get it coming after we discussed the situation. I already ordered the replacement Glass and stated that I would contact him as soon as it came in this week. It's already scheduled to come in tomorrow. Now seeing as somewhere we miscommunicated, I have gone above and beyond to make this happen for you. You claimed you HAD to have it done to go in a trip. I helped you out and mad something happen so you wouldn't get pulled over temporarily until the replacement came in. Now I record all my calls and interactions so I ask that you remove your complaint and wait for the replacement or my lawyer will be contacting you for defamation. Thank you and have a good day.
