            I just got a credit alert a account was closed with this bank but I have no knowledge of ever opening an account or what this bank is. I'd like a report and repair my credit if any inquiry has been made. I don't see this on any report but trans union and can not confirm this is even real I don't know what is going on but my next step is the FTC if I can't find resolution here. Who tried to use my identity and why?

            Do not take out a loan from them. I took out a loan with Credit Fresh in 2021 for $1500. I have been paying them back monthly a payment of around $300. I have moved from Ohio to Florida. I recently found out that I have cancer. I have repaid Credit Fresh/CBW Bank over $9,600. I called to let them know my situation with medical prices and chemo and that I had already given them close to ten- thousand dollars. They ask me to pay off the loan with a $3,500 one time payment. Due to my health and having to move I no longer have that in a savings or checking account. I have paid them back more than 100% of what I borrowed. I am 74 yrs old. Shame on them for taking advantage of so many people. They want you to believe they are a Christian business, but they are not! My payments were supposed to be $179.00 a month and they have been $300 and more. NEVER NEVER borrow from them
