Do not take out a loan from them. I took out a loan with Credit Fresh in 2021 for $1500. I have been paying them back monthly a payment of around $300. I have moved from Ohio to Florida. I recently found out that I have cancer. I have repaid Credit Fresh/CBW Bank over $9,600. I called to let them know my situation with medical prices and chemo and that I had already given them close to ten- thousand dollars. They ask me to pay off the loan with a $3,500 one time payment. Due to my health and having to move I no longer have that in a savings or checking account. I have paid them back more than 100% of what I borrowed. I am 74 yrs old. Shame on them for taking advantage of so many people. They want you to believe they are a Christian business, but they are not! My payments were supposed to be $179.00 a month and they have been $300 and more. NEVER NEVER borrow from themCBW Bank

Hello Salvatore,
Please note that CreditFresh operates in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.
We aim to be as transparent as possible when it comes to the cost of credit - details of which can be found in disclosures provided during the application process.
Although each minimum payment includes a contribution to the principal balance, additional payments can also be made without prepayment penalties. We always encourage customers to make additional payments to help pay down their balance faster as doing so will help reduce the overall cost of borrowing. Payments can be made online or over the phone.
If you have any specific concerns, please feel free to email us at [email protected]. Thank you.Review fromJanet L

1 starBEWARE!! Read the Truth-In-Lending statement! BILLING CYCLE CHARGES will prevent you from ever being able to pay off your loan!!! I applied for and considered accepting a line of credit with Credit Fresh (CBW Bank) until I saw the CRIMINALLY exorbitant BILLING CYCLE CHARGES in the truth-in-lending statement. I was approved for $4750 at 23.74% interest for 48 months. The Billing Cycle Charge EACH MONTH for my loan would be $585!!.... Almost 4 times more than the typical payment of $154/month required to pay off a loan of this amount. "4. How this Line of Credit Works You may request Advances from your Available Credit. You will be charged a Billing Cycle Charge in accordance with the Truth in Lending Statement above. Your Available Credit will replenish as you pay down your Outstanding Balance. You are responsible for keeping track of balances on your Account, including all transactions on your Account. No Advances are permitted if your Account is Delinquent or in Default (See "Delinquency" and “Default” sections below). If you have an Outstanding Balance, you agree to make the Minimum Payment shown on each Periodic Statement by the Payment Due Date. Each Minimum Payment will depend on your income frequency and will comprise of a Billing Cycle Charge and a payment towards your Outstanding Principal Balance as determined below:..." On 6/30/23 @ 10:30 MST, I called CBW Bank I assume in Weir, KS or is it WEIRD? From Albuquerque, NM. When I tried to reset my password, it instructed me to call. I did so & your very rude female was argumentative & I begged for her name & assist to her rudeness I disconnected & called again, getting tge same rudeness--from our neighbor Kansas?! She Finally yelled to me the ph# for Credit Fresh. I thanked her & said I'll pray for her-de'mean'or & she 'yelled back that I need prayer too' to which I said 'yes please' and hung up. I care for my bedridden Brother 24/7 & then have to deal with frustrated & rude people as your employee, who must be given telephone manners at the least. I make high payments 2x/month & she yelled that she's not aware of my paying your CBW. I will contact CrFresh. Thank you for your attention to this matter.??CBW Bank

Is company is b*******. They can't even tell me when will my loan end. They overcharge you with fees I that was not mentioned in my contract. When you accept the loan the information that they give you is not what you signed up for. I swore it said I'll be paying this loan for 6 months but now all of a sudden they saying there is no end date I wouldn't have gotten this long if there was no end date????????CBW Bank

Trying to get help on my account. I could not understand the thick accent of the reps. I was trying to explain the severe health problems I’ve had recently and it didn’t resonate. Ended up having to disconnect from the call. I have no clue if there is someone that can help me. I’ve been a good customer.CBW Bank

I tried to see on their website how much of the payment made goes to principal and interest. No info available. So I called company. Found out that of the $110 biweekly payment made, $15 went to principal, $95 went to interest Wow! I asked the lady what does the interest cover. She just said different fees and would not go into detail. Major ripoff. I'm sacrificing and paying the loan off early asapCBW Bank

1 starMy husband and I don't have an account with this bank and we are blessed we don't. Our situation with this bank is they are who Uplift use for there loans. We have had 3 loans with low credit scores and paid on time with the last loan being payed off early. Now that our score is higher we are being denied with too many unreal explanations that do not make since. (Too many excuses to go into detail.) Their loans qualification is from 300s to 800s my husband's score is in the 600s with no changing to credit but score getting better so being denied as hard to believe. If I can give the bank a rating of a "0" that is my true rating. This bank and Uplift needs to communicate betterReview fromLA R

1 starThis is a loan that you'll never be able to pay off. Many glitches in their system that'll say you're late paying when you're not. I'm paying double in payments but because their system says I'm late they tack on more money doubled/tripled in interest. Beware!!! No one helps to fix this issue and it'll cost the consumer a fortune in the end due to the vicious cycle.
