    I had a very pleasant visit to jiffy lube on broadway and 55th. The staff was friendly and got my oil changed and I was on my way. Thanks for the timely service, the price was a little high for my family though.

    My name is Susan H. and I have been using Jiffy Lube for several years now and today I had my oil changed and as always the staff was awesome. Especially Jacob the store manager. He was also there last week when I took in my husband's truck for an oil change and he was very helpful although he was unable to remove two of my husband's tires to patch due to the special tools my husband had sent with me for them to remove the lug nuts; Jacob explained to me why they couldn't use the tools I had brought due to company policy to protect the business in the event that they could cause the bolts to be stripped out during the removal of the lug nuts. I was disappointed, yet I totally understood and I told him so. They still did the oil change and both on my husband's truck and today on my car. We appreciate their quality service and the professional kindness they always have when we are there. Five stars definitely ??
