  I signed a contract with Total Home Improvement to have a house torn down and the cleanup and removal of the house for $********! I was told it would not be more than half down which would have been $******* then was told I had to pay $***** for them to start. So I payed Total Home Improvement $******* on January 4, 2023. They were supposed to start the tear down of the property on January 6th when I took possession of the house. They came and removed stuff out of the house and haven't been back since. They tried to have me do other projects on the house next door that I own, but since they had my money for the house to tear down I decided not to have them continue on that house until the house with a contract was finished! I expressed the importance of the home coming down as soon as I took ownership and was assured it would not be a problem. Had they not been able to do it I would have had the previous owner do it. I have been given date after date and excuse after excuse as to when they would come and nothing has been done. I was told on the 11th it would be started the following Monday which would have been the 16th. Then I was told on the 17th it would be started on Friday which would have been the 20th. On the 21 they still hadn't come so I messaged them and he said he would see when they could do it Monday. On Tuesday the 24th I didnt hear back from them so I messaged them again. I was told on Jan. 25 it would be the following Friday. Today February 3, I messaged them again and still have not heard anything! I would Like for them to come and do the work they were supposed to do asap. I would also like for Austin to return my items he put in his truck that he accidentally took.

  Can we do the floor of you're house and then tear down the other house Conrad said  we will need to work the other house  in to any work that is done at you're house   so we can get it tore  down and clean up. 
  

  i told him. No I'm not having anything else done until the house is done
