I had a service plan for ac/heating check with this company for many years I signed a service plan for summer/fall checks of my units. I called August 1st 2022 to schedule ac maintenance and was advised a refrigerator magnet had been sent advising the ac check had to be done or scheduled by 7/31/22 .I was advised I could get no refund or service check by Jeff the service Mgr. This is stated nowhere on the contract I signed.with Fenix. 7/31/22 falls on a weekend and they were not open for scheduling service. I have scheduled my service check with another company who advised no one should take your money and not give you a service .which is what I thought also. I would like a refund if they can't or won't follow through. I was late by 1 day a weekend according to them. Thank you

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/02) */ Cory called and talked to her, she explained her opinion to him, she explained that she went with another company I said I understand but that we were going to refund her the half ($*****) and told her I was sorry, by the end of the conversation she took his cell phone and is going to use us next year and re-sign up with us for planned service, she said she won't be late again, ************************************************************************************************************************
