Worst dealership / vehicle purchase of my life. In dec 2023 purchased a 17 Cad Escalade and immediately received an engine light several attempts to get them to do the right thing and take care of the problem have gone unanswered and unresolved. Ownership will not return my calls and management ignore my concerns. They have had the vehicle 3 times and have never fixed the issue they only play games. It’s now April 2024 and I see no resolution and unfortunately it’s costing our family time and money. Heartless business and disappointing service

We replaced your O2 sensor at first based on readings, and ended up Cleaning the injectors to get the light to turn off. Sorry it took a bit to do that. With the new fuels these days we dont see alot of needing to clean them. Now you smell a fuel smell? Could be leftover from the injector cleaner, but we will look at it. I dont believe we have charged you anything. Sorry you are upset.

Worst Experience I have ever had concerning my Vehicle. Without my permission the Service Center Manager Used all Aftermarket parts on my vehicle. I had expressly stated to him at the time I left the vehicle there at the dealership that I want a GM service center to complete the repairs because I did not want grease monkeys and non-GM parts used on my car. AC Delco parts is what I expected. After a dozen times of discussing my car that he has possession of at his dealership. Service Manager stated that there is a Two-Year warranty on the work being completed. So, to avoid any warranty and behind the owners back, decided to use cheap After Market Parts. I had no knowledge that he had done this until I picked up the vehicle after he botched my repairs and then I noticed that the front fenders of my car and hood have Damage due to scratches not using fender covers! So, Before I could get my car back to even look at the repair botch and before I could see the actual Invoice. He made me sign a release from warranty on After Market Parts used on the vehicle. I was told twice by the Service manager that the only part used in my car that was After Market was an actuator for the Heat/AC. But he could have used all AC Delco parts because I have sourced the majority of the parts, used for Purchase of OE Parts that come with a warranty. Two {2} times i asked for a written Quote...he never would do it, why because it would show non-GM parts used. One or two parts that maybe can't be sourced is one thing...but this is not what i agreed to. Then To top it all off...he did not complete the AC repair after charged for it. And MY VEHICLE IS DAMAGED! It will take repainting the fenders on a cherry Vehicle that had very low mileage. Not A Good or Pleasant Experience...the Service Center Manager has Deaf Ears. And just flat refused to do the right thing thru-out the repair process. He was in Possession of my Vehicle for Ten {10} Days to do Two {2} Days' worth of work and a Total Mess.

We're sorry you are unhappy with your experience. At Donovan's, customer satisfaction is always our goal. When working on your vehicle we advised that some aftermarket parts would need to be used due to the fact that some OEM parts  could not be sourced because of the vehicle being a 21 year old Pontiac Grand Prix. Fender covers were used on your vehicle during repair work. Before repairs were made we discussed the total repair cost. GM makes us disclose if we use ANY aftermarket parts. If you want a list of which parts are which ,we can provide it. Belts and hoses were aftermarket. Some parts were AC Delco when we could source them. Thank you.
