Don't trust GM at this location. Deal was made and right before everything was completed he wouldn't honor deal. Very shady business practices.

I don’t know why I keep coming back. Service department is a mess. Service sales guys says one thing mechanic says another. I come here to have a diagnostic because my truck is having issues. Decided to get an oil change while I’m here. I sat here for an hour to be told that the diesel mechanics are to busy to run a diagnostic the main reason I left work and drove 30 miles to the dealership. I just wish the service guys would stop lying and wasting people’s time. Then as I sit here another customer was told she would have to wait an additional 4 hours because they over booked her appointment time and the mechanic scheduled to her maintenance is busy with another job. This place is worse than a dentist office. It will be the last time I walk into this dealership.

Took the car in for a simple brake change and to diagnose one other problem. They held the car for over 24 hrs for the diagnostic to come back. Diagnostic comes back with over $8000 worth of work they said needs IMMEDIATE attention. When we approved only the front brakes and rotor to be replaced, they refused to answer the phones for 4 hours. I only got a call back after my dad showed up, since he was in the area. If he hadn't my husband was going to. They said it'll be ready in the hour. Take it with a grain of salt since this was around the holidays, 12/26-12/27. When my husband went inside to pay though and get the keys back, he was told by Gary J***** quote, "...I can't guarantee the whole thing won't fall apart tomorrow..." "I wouldn't want to see this vehicle break in route..." knowing that we were driving out of state the same day. No mercy for military members! He knew my husband is active duty Air Force and still continued fear mongering. I should also mention the average cost for everything they said needed IMMEDIATE ATTENTION, even on the high end, was still $3000 less than what they quoted us.

i bought a toyota corolla from eddys about a six moths ago ,after i was contacted to bring the car for an oil change they recomended a tire rotation wich they did and on the same day my wheel and tire came off while driving on the highway i had to look for the wheel and tire off the highway and somehow put it back on since the right end suspension was on the asphalt. i told them what had happened and had insurance look at it and it had 5000 dollars worth of damage wich it had a 1000 dollars deductible wich we had to come up with due to eddys negligent work putting the wheel and tire back on i offered to bring the car in and have eddys fix it and pay them the insurance payment and they refused to take the car in to fix it even tho they offered the tire rotation now ive got come up with the 1000 dollars deductible due to their negligence

The customer was informed twice, once on 12/15/23 and again on 6/7/24, that the lug studs were a safety issue and need replaced. The customer opted not to have this work completed. The service manager spoke to the customer as well and the customer still declined the work. We will not be paying the deductible for the customer as they were informed about the issues, and they declined the repairs.

Hillco LLC has purchased many trucks from the Chevrolet dealership and has had smooth transactions and great service.

I traded a great condition 1977 Monte Carlo for a 2008 Mustang. The car had body damage which I was fully aware of but a Miss at 2000 RPM the salesman assured me the mechanics checked the whole car over "it just needed new fuel injectors and a tune. Drove home and did not drive it. I replaced all the injectors with new Bosch injectors no change. A month later the engine was not running well at any RPM. I checked with a code scanner "run lean code" replaced TPS, o2 sensors etc.. Checked compression in the cylinders, 6 were fine 1, low, another almost 0. Well either the mechanic was not doing his job or lying. A compression check is an easy and common test. Mechanic, service manager or salesman lied to me about it "just needing injectors and a tune up. The engine blew after 400mi.if I sell a vehicle I have until the end of that month to buy a new one, that may give you only a few days to find one. Having health issues and severe anxiety this caused a major depression for months. No one would trade me a decent car for the blown up Mustang so I traded it for a motorcycle since it was low mi and a good deal.. I asked Eddy's if they could make thing right by trading me a decent sedan, SUV or truck even for the bike but the bike is only a temporary fix obviously. Finding a car for bike trade has been unsuccessful. It would sell easily without trading but as I explained earlier in this rating I can't sell outright. Now They are trying to work with me to set my previous bad deal straight. I traded a 12k car for a car that blew the engine 400mi later. I'm disabled and after selling the non-running car I'm out 8K that's a lot of money for me. Trading the motorcycle with them to set things straight. So far the only offer was a 34yr old oldsmobile. Was excited when they offered a low mi. Chevy Traverse but after all the hope they said it "didn't pass inspection" (sold out from under me) Please help me Eddy's trade me for a decent car that will be my last, unfortunately.

Came in to get 45,000 mile service on my 2021 Silverado. Service Advisor said I would need the Sever Conditions Service, I responded saying I don’t drive in severe conditions. He tells me if you drive more than 12k miles a year that it’s severe, I tell him show me where it says that. He goes and talks to his manager and says that he was told wrong and asks to see my owners manual. He pulls up what the severe conditions are and without asking he tells me that I fall under them, saying that I live in a city that is major and hot all the time when I don’t even live in that city. After going back and forth I tell him to give me the normal service, so he does and proceeds to tell me that it will void my warranty because I wasn’t following the manufacturers maintenance schedule. I tell him that I am and that he is just trying to get me to pay 800 more dollars for no reason. Every time I come to this dealership to get my truck serviced at the set amount of miles they are always trying to put me under severe driving conditions without even asking me and it needs stopped. They need to ask people if they fall under what the owners manual states normal vs severe conditions.

Kansas is considered severe conditions due to the extreme heat, extreme cold, and dusty conditions. Therefore, it is our obligation to offer maintenance based on severe conditions however it is always up to the client on how their vehicle is serviced. The lifetime warranty offered by Eddy’s is subject to the maintenance being performed on the vehicle per the conditions it resides in.
