    NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They scam you and lie to you. They rushed to get my sale before the end of day on the last day of the month. Trying to get that bonus. I didn't know they were scammers. They sold me a jeep renegade that they clearly didn't test out when they took it as a trade in. Warning lights all over after a few days and wouldn't start on day 7. Then I take it in for service and the assistant service manager tells me my warranty that was illegally slapped on the sale is no good. The actual sale contract doesn't have my signature. Then when my wife and I call them out for it they don't even attempt to apologize or make it right. Only after threatening legal action did they call back saying we wouldn't have to pay for the repair. I put a message on their facebook warning not to buy from these guys and immediately the next day a corporate relations manager is messaging me to call her. We will see what she offers.

    We did not illegally add a warranty. the customer was given the opportunity to purchase the warranty while in finance and signed multiple forms that had the warranties on them. I have already sent the customer the copies that he signed as well as sent him the cancelation form for ALL warranties. As long as the customer sends the forms back to cancel the warranties, he will no longer have them. I explained to the customer that the check will go to the lender, but his payment will not change. We fixed the vehicle at no cost to the customer because he had just purchased a week before. I informed the customer that we can't fix something with the vehicle if it does not do it for us. Unfortunately, we cannot guess when something will go wrong with a used vehicle or what is going to go wrong. The customer will be responsible for repairs in the future as he was canceling the warranty. He has my direct line and I informed him if he needs anything then he can contact me.

    Price gouging on repairs while not being transparent, price gouging on costs and using "magic math", not honoring agreements. All attempts to correct issues have been lacking and nonexistent disregarding and being unwilling to progress in any sort of reasonable way. Avoid this dealership at all costs. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

    I have been buying cars for the Dodge dealership for a long time. I bought a 2022 Jeep Gladiator with a diesel engine that blew up with around 20,000 miles on it. They paid for my jeep to be towed and got my engine replaced. I have always been treated great

    I've been a loyal customer at Eddy's Toyota Dealership in Wichita Kansas, for over 5 years. I wanted to file a complaint regarding a recent experience with Eddy's Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram, specifically regarding my interaction with their team in relation to my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, which I purchased on July 5th, 2023. My initial encounter with their sales representative, Luis Fuentes, was informative and comprehensive. He walked me through the process of purchasing the vehicle. However, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the subsequent events and interactions that followed the purchase. Upon signing the deal, Fuentes mentioned that the car would be out for a couple days due to cleaning. Unfortunately, no discussions were held regarding maintenance on the car. A week after the purchase, I inquired about the status of the car, & I was informed that the vehicle required new suspension and parts for the front section. Timeline for repair was uncertain. In weeks, I struggled to get updates on the vehicle's status, reaching out to Fuentes multiple times, but communication was sparse, especially after he initially assured me of regular updates. This lack of communication was a source of frustration. Ultimately, I received the car July 26th and it was not in the condition I expected. The vehicle was dirty, with remnants of the previous owner and dog hair. Furthermore, the car exhibited wobbling and unsettling sounds while driving, which raised safety concerns. At this point, I contacted Todd Wright, the general manager, to express my frustrations and concerns. However, I found his response to be extremely rude and dismissive. During conversation, Wright 's statements were condescending & lacking empathy. His assertion that a 10-year-old car couldn't be expected to be in perfect condition was disappointing, especially given the substantial investment I had made in the vehicle.

    I do apologize about the issue that the customer experienced at our dealership. In good faith we paid $7,690.77 worth of repairs on the vehicle. Furthermore, we have also sent the customer an additional $213.60 as he took the vehicle to one of our sister dealerships instead of bringing it back to ours to have an issue looked at. We have also offered the customer a full detail and steam clean. Since then, we have offered to fix the vehicle, swap him out of the vehicle for another one, or do a complete refund. The customer chose to do a complete refund last week. We have the vehicle back and all money has been returned to the customer. At this time, we believe that everything has been handled appropriately. We are very sorry that there was lack of communication while we were waiting on parts to fix the vehicle. We have fixed the communication issues to better our relationship with customers.
