    The transaction was in March of 2024. I am disabled and i had a Jeep that i wanted to trade in for a 2017 Chevrolet Trax. I didn't understand about financing a vehicle or how it works in the automobile industry which i still don't understand. My 2007 Jeep Patriot had no payments on it. I wanted to leave as soon as i was told about the monthly payments and price and interest and everything but they kept convincing me to stay because they were trying to get me a good deal. I only have SSI and can't realistically afford any payments more than $150 a month. They kept saying that i can afford $336.77 a month and that it's a good deal. Well after a few months with the car i have figured out i can't afford $336.77 a month on SSI. The lender they have me through ****** ******* Service won't even refinance the vehicle. MidWest Kia manipulated me knowing i'm disabled just to try and earn some easy money. I just want MidWest Kia to accept they were wrong in manipulating me and take the 2017 Chevrolet Trax back and pay off the loan so i can be done with this nightmare and replace me with a car that i can actually afford or give me back my 2007 Jeep Patriot.

    I bought a used 2020 nissan pathfinder a year ago. When purchased trunk was not opening and shutting right, so when purchased that was included to be fixed at no cost. I get my car home same day, back out of my garage and fresh oil is on the ground. I take it back up and service dept. says a ring was worn out and we replaced it, its fixed and also said trunk is fixed. Get it home and trunk still doesnt close right. Drive it less than 3 months and check engine light is on. Call them to fix engine three times later, after taking it back home first time engine like comes on as soon as i leave, so bring it back. Second time come back home with it after they say its fixed and engine light back on by morning. Meanwhile no loaner car. Finally midwest kia sent it to nissan orr and 2 months later get my car back. Now 6 months later check engine light on again and wont even start. I towed it to midwest kia and what was suppose to be 3-5 days turned into 2.5 weeks with terrible communication car is all fixed and paid warranty deductible everytime. I get the car back and drive less then 15 miles light back on. I spoke to midwest kia financial and they suggest taking it to nissan orr and skip midwest kia. so i call nissan Orr and they said we told midwest kia that the engine had sludge and long term the engine would be no good and even extended warranties wont cover it. Service department is a disaster, can never get answers, try to find out who head manager is a employee at mid west kia says i will let u talk to mike i said mike who in case he dont answer and the employee says well there is lots of mikes, how about Joe and then said he isnt here today or tomorrow let me send u to service manager and then somehow service manager cant talk either! If nissan orr said my engine was ruined before purchase as a customer that should of been told and noted in my service paperwork. If i can tell you one thing do not buy any vehicles from midwest kia. Bad communication and sale lemons!

    Shaneese was supposed to be here Friday to meet with the GM. The note that I had claimed that Orr told her that we sold it to her with sludge. Kim G***** confirmed with them that this was not the case, they had no record of seeing this vehicle before we sold it and did not see it until about 6 months after the purchase. She did not show for the meeting with me.
