      Sent wrong firearm to fl. When I called them they said I was wrong! I had the gun sitting in front of me that they sent but I was still wrong. No apologies or what they could do to fix it. They told me just send it back. I said ok and cancelled my other orders with them. Better online store with much better customer service.

      Hello Joe. Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent experience with KGC. When you called our customer service line yesterday, you asked if we could offer a $100 discount on this firearm since you received a 24" barrel when it was supposed to be 26". We stated the UPC & style number from the manufacture website states this model is a 26" barrel. We stated we would get this firearm back for a full refund IF the firearm was indeed a 24" barrel. If the firearm was 26" & returned, there would be a 10% restocking fee. If the firearm is still at the FFL dealer, we can still do this for you!       I have never bought a gun online from them, but I have ordered online and drove 4 hours to their store, because I'm retired and have plenty of time. Their store in Bardstown is very busy, and Bardstown is so small you could drive right past it. This is not a warehouse, it's a very big mom-and-pop shop. If you call them, you will be on hold for a while because they are busy, but you will speak to someone in the store. Every time I've been there I've had to take a number, that’s how busy they are. I went there to look at 3 different guns and the salesperson never rushed me despite how busy they were. I would have given them 5 stars except for the long wait times. I would definitely recommend them. I will see how their shipping is because I can't drive that far anymore.

      HOW TO LOSE A FORMER 20 YEAR CUSTOMER 1) Employ a smart-mouth brat store manager named Gabi (aka "Pickles") who intentionally picked a fight with me over my cataract problem. She is a former healthcare worker rejected for her rude manner. She offered to buy Save-A-Buck at one time, but thankfully the good Mr. Walker did not sell to the brat. KYGUNCO lost in excess of $1500+ from me just in the month of July 2024. Mr. Walker thanks you for the business Gabi!! 2) Have a malfunctioning digital ATF background check device and unable to have the screen brightness or contrast adjusted so as to aid a senior citizen with a temporary cataract disability. Also, no paper method either. The device actually retained the previous customer's critical personal info too! I gave up in frustrating. 3) Have so-called "expert" counter help that does not even know the basic difference between 22MAG and 17HMR casings. Since Blaine left, the only worthwhile employee left is Zach. 4) Have common items constantly out of stock. For example, a basic 22 cal Pro-Shot spear jag not on the shelf for over 2 months. Ok, time to go get it from EBAY with no problem. 5) Have ammo on the very top shelf where the customer and employees cannot even find it. Basic 22WMR CCI was found covered in dust on the very top shelf. Great business practice there Patrick H.! DUH! 6) Prices? Give me a break. Bought a CZ 457 for $100 less out-the-door from Alabama. Frequently $50 or so mare than the competition on firearms. 7) Actual store inventory out-of-sync with web site. Waste more of the customer's time, Patrick H. 8) It's NOT Keene's Depot anymore, that is for sure. Instead, KYGUNCO is a wanna-be Walmart superstore attempting to please all people and rarely succeeding IMO. Never again! See ya!

      I ordered .410 single-shot Rossi. It was delivered via FEDEX to the wrong address and not to my local FFL. KYGUNCO filled my order for a second time in order to provide a replacement pistol. FEDEX ended up locating the original pistol and delivered it to my local FFL. I contacted KYGUNCO and they were able to cancel the replacement order. I was glad to see that KYGUNCO was willing to do right by me in sending a replacement pistol.

      I suffered discrimination and defamation from this company. Today 3/16/2024 i went through a very unpleasant situation at this company bardstown ky location. I was falsely acused of trying to make a straw purchase based just on asumptions not on facts. Nonetheless i was not trying to make a straw purchase i went to this store to buy a suppressor and waited in line almost 30 minutes and when it was almost my turn i was approached by a lady that claimed to be the store manager and she told me that she could not sell me a firearm because someone said to her that i received money from a person in the parking lot and that is a total lie as i walked inside as soon as i pull up to that parking lot. She refused to give any proof she refused to look at the cameras and when i told her that there must be a confusion she said that the description she got was my description. I don't even know if i should believe that story or if that was just an excuse to not sell me anything and i told her that i was not there to buy gun i was there to buy a suppressor. She refused to sell me anything even ammo. I felt very offended and i believe this is racially motivated since i'm hispanic. I'm very frustrated and i did not deserve to be treated like this i have been a customer for this company for about 8 years and i have spent thousands of dollars at this company. She accused me based on something thag she was told but she didn't even bother to find out the truth that i was not the person that some supposedly saw in the parking lot. Anyways i will not return to this business and i felt humiliated by that store manager. I was a frequent customer but not anymore this is not how you treat your customers i will spend my money somewhere else but the part that hurt me the most was the false accusations and the discrimination i received.

      After waiting weeks and not receiving $200 worth of gift cards, I called to see if there was an issue. Ashley, was rude, insisted I received them by email, (1 was never sent to me), I told her I always got them by mail and want them by mail. I feel it's tacky to hand someone a gift card that is a piece of paper, she kept referring to "tacky" and that I should check my spam folder. When I checked my order, it said shipping to my address and charged me a $2.00 fee on each one for "shipping insurance". Her solution was someone would have to call me back because she can't help me on a Saturday. I never had an issue before, all my gift cards were always mailed as well as emailed. I guess it's okay to be on hold for 16 minutes and have your customer service person Ashley, give you an attitude and not resolve your issue. Thanks, I appreciate getting treated like cr*p!

This past year we have resorted to emailing the gift cards which seemed to get to the customer much faster than the post office. The shipping insurance is optional on the website. It is usually to secure the package incase it is lost/stolen/damaged in transit. We still can send the gift cards in the mail if the customer pleases. Unfortunately we do not have a Ashley who works for us but I have conversed with my team to ensure we can provide the best customer service moving forward!
