We contracted with Backyard Oasis to do some repair work on our inground pool back in April they were given a check from us for $9577.20. Randy assured us that the work would start by the middle of May. After several meetings scheduled with him not showing up in the last two months he finally met with us June 30 at that time he told us that he would start on our pool within the Second week of July. I have repeatedly called to give them the information on the liner with no calls back. I called Thursday, July 14 and asked for a returned call of when their start date would be I have had no return calls. I tried Leave a message today at the office after several times calling with no one answering. The voice box is now full. I called ******* personal cell phone, no one answered so I left a detailed message to call me back I have not heard anything back from him. I have asked for our money back back in June when he assured me that he would be starting on the pool in two weeks. I am asking for a full refund at this time.

In July of 2021 we signed a contract for a pool with Backyard Oasis and have a deposit of a little over 19k. This just was scheduled to start in October. It was not started on until March. It is now July of 2022 and I have a hole in my yard to show. Last week their bookkeeper called me to inform me she and the other employees ere walking out because they were not paid and the company did not have the means for my job. Since then dozens of customers and contractors have come forward in a similar position I am in with this company.

The beginning of April this year I was looking for a Pool Company. After I posted on bbb website that I am looking to for a Pool Company several stores answered. Backyard Oasis was one of them. So I went to their store picked a pool paid $5000.00. A few days later I went back to the store after I noticed the pool I picked was not saltwater compatible and picked another pool ******* ****** also paid for a saltwater system $1345.02 and was told that we will have the pool sometime in May. Since then I've been waiting. Last Monday after waiting and one excuse after another I called and told them either I get the pool or I want my money back so I can go and buy somewhere else. I was told I cant get the money back since the pool has been ordered. Later this day I got a call that my pool will be shipped Wednesday. After teh pool arrived I called for a date to have it installed I was given a date Jun 29 between 1pm - 7pm. I took of work so I can be here. After I got a phone message to confirm that I am home I waited. nobody showed up. At 2:15 I decided to call and see what takes so long and thats when I was told were so sorry but we can not install your pool till next week. So here I am waiting since April to get a pool, taking off work and then being told to wait again. And on top of it I am supposed to another $1100 for installation. Looks like I was taken for another ride, since the installation for a 24" pool is advertised on their website for $850.00 .. Right now I am so disgusted was looking forward to have the pool at least on the 4th off July weekend for my company to have a fun time. well guess my 4th off July weekend is ruined. Now I have a pool package sitting in my driveway and on top of having worry that its not getting stolen. It would be nice if I still could get the pool installed before the weekend
