This complaint is against ***** ******* *** ***** *********** *** and ***** ************ (Benton KY). On 2/1/2021, we received an email from ***** ******** (*****) containing a quote for windows and quote for installation from his installer, ***** ************. In initial visit to obtain quote, Mr. ******** came to the house with his installer, ***** *****. At no time were we provided with other installer options for ***** Windows. Mr. ******** presented ***** ************ as his installer. We paid ***** Windows for the windows. We have not paid ***** ************ for the installation. The exterior window sills were all cut off leaving a raw wood patch at each corner of the windows. The house was just painted this past summer. The caulk was gooped on, not done in a professional manner. The insulation as indicated in the quote was never installed. We now have replacement windows without any insulation added. We reached out to Mr. ******** to inspect the work. We reached out to ***** TN, **** *********, to try to get resolution. ***** has tried to distance themselves repeatedly from the installer however admitted that the work is shoddy and not up to *****'s standards. I was at the Murray KY home this past weekend and reached out to Mr. ******** to meet me at the house to inspect the work (********* indicated ******** could do this). Mr, ******** never replied. We live out of state so were not able to be onsite for the installation process. We need help in getting resolution in this matter. The installation is shoddy. There is damage to the house for the cutout sills and we will need to have it painted to correct the raw wood. Please advise on how we should proceed. I again sent a customer support request to *****, I heard 11/17 evening and spoke to a **** today who advised he was unable to help me. I sent another support request today to ***** Corp. No response yet. A picture of the cut off sill is attached. Many more pictures can be supplied.
