I recently had a wonderful experience shopping with Pink lily, and I just had to share my positive feedback! Their customer service is truly exceptional friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Additionally, the quality of their clothes is outstanding, the fabrics are soft, durable, and stylish. I’m incredibly satisfied with my purchases and will definitely be shopping with Pink Lily again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great fashion and excellent service.

I’ve only ordered once from Pink Lily and was hesitant due to their no return policy. It’s nearly impossible to know the best size to order because EVERY brand is different. Sure enough some of the items don’t fit my body tight or well and needed to be returned. They only offer store credit which I don’t love. Nevertheless, I placed a second order after returning items that didn’t fit to use my store credit. Now I just pray they fit. They have some cute items but nothing that will motivate me to shop with Pink Lily again. It’s just not worth the uncertainty or hassle of tens possibly not fitting for me.Pink Lily

I love this site! Most of what I order is high quality and it's all really cute. I'm a teacher (read: not rich), so I only order when I can get a good clearance/code/rewards discount, but I'm generally happy with my purchases, get frequent compliments when I wear their clothes, and I recommend them often.Pink Lily

I have been a loyal pink lily shopper for over 5 years and love their clothing and blankets!! The return policy may not be the best BUT they are always having great deals so I don’t really mind the store credit. Customer service is also easy and helpful if I have issues with my order.Pink Lily

I love shopping on Pink Lily. The selection of clothes is great and there is always a sale going on. Also, it is easy to earn points to redeem coupons for $25 off. The only thing is that you can't redeem if there is another offer code/sale, which there usually is.Pink Lily

I have been a loyal Pink Lily shopper for quite awhile now. I am a magenta frequent shopper who has accumlated a bazillion points but they make it ridiculously hard to utilize them. What is the point? They reward you for shopping and yet you can only use them on specific, non sale items over a certain dollar value. Why? I have earned those savings and cannot use them. Shipping charges are high ~ there should be free shipping for loyal customers. The quality of the items are all over the place ~ no consistency whatsover. Forget about getting your money back if there is a problem with a purchase. This is very frustrating for me as a repeat customer. I should be valued and clearly am not. I have stopped shopping here for these reasons.Pink Lily
