      I have been requesting cart replacement since June. Last week I called two times and was promised each time that I would have a replacement that day or the next. This promise still has not been fulfilled. I feel that it is unacceptable for a business to lie to it's customers. If this had happened once, I could understand that it might be an error, however to have this happen several times in a row makes me believe it is deliberate and malicious. They are lying to customers! It is at the very least unethical and poor business practice.

      A delivery was made on 08/30 after customer reached out multiple times. This was an error on our part that the cart was not replacement within 15 business days. A route supervisor is doing a site visit this afternoon to verify cart was delivered to the correct location, and to speak to the customer.

      July 19, 2023 I proceeded to order a second trash can from Scott's waste management. I called the customer service line and spoke with one of the reps. They assured me I would have the trash can by the end of the week and it would be an additional 5.00. They started billing me the next day and I didn’t receive the trash can that week. That following week I called asking about the trash can and got the same lie "it will be delivered at the end of the week”. Still no trash can and the cycle continues until this very day 8-23-23. I have called and complained numerous times. When I called again on 8-21-23 One of the customer service reps I spoke with said I should have had another trashcan, because the order had been closed, saying the order was fulfilled. When I told her that I still didn’t have the trashcan she sounded surprised and said she was sending it up the ladder and it would be one to two weeks before I can get the trashcan. still no word from anybody and I’m still paying for the second trashcan that I don’t have.

      I am filing a complaint against our garbage pick service. On multiple occasions our garbage is not picked up. I have contacted them each time only to be told they will get it before the next pick date but do not. They never have deducted off our bill for the weeks that are not picked it. I find it very unfair to have to pay for a service when it is not done. We pay our bill quarterly and I have mentioned this to them but nothing is ever done.

      We need a new trash can, because our can is broken & can't roll because the wheels fell off, & are not able to be put back on. This happened the first of January. Mu husband initially called, & I have called over 10 times since then. I'm always told that the new can will be delivered that day, or the next, never has been. We live down a long gravel drive, & my husband would grab the handle & pull it up with the golf cart. Now, it has to be lifted into the back of a truck full of garbage....every single weekend since the first of January. My husband has had surgery & can't lift it, so we pay a man to do this for us. As you can imagine, this is getting old. Very frustrating to say the least. All we want is a new can!

      This company is absolutely horrible. They will go weeks on end without picking up my trash and there’s always full trash cans and empty trash cans all over the road when they are done picking it up if they even do. I’ve paid an extra $5 for two months now to get another trash can and spoken with the company on Facebook messenger multiple times where they even admitted they forgot about my house after I had 3 weeks of trash built up and they told me they’d deliver another trash can with my apt number on it and still nothing. Getting ahold of customer service takes an hour and then if you voice any frustration they will hang up on you. The city of bowling green isn’t happy with Scott waste and I’m tired of dealing with extra trash in my house. I live at the end of a culdasac and no matter where I put the can there is always an issue with it getting picked up. There are always full trash cans on my road 7 days a week. I’m tired of the trashy look and the headache that is Scott waste.

      We go weeks on end without Scott picking up our trash. My bin is put at the road on Sunday night since my pick up day is Monday. I got a reminder in the mail to pay my bill before a certain date to insure my service isn’t interrupted, so I got on the app and paid the bill (first notice I received). Now, again today, my trash was skipped. We have no other options for trash pick up and I’m not the only one they do this to.

      Customer was suspended due to a past due payment on 01/30/23. The payment was due on 01/10/23. Customer made a payment online on 02/03 at 7:46pm. Payments made online take 2-3 business days to process. The payment was posted to the customers account 02/06 and the customer was made active at 10:08am. The driver was at the customers home for service at 06:58 on 02/06 and marked the account not serviced due to payment issue. We do not go back to service a customer if payment is not received before the driver attempts collection. The payment was past due, the payment has been made, and customer will have service resumed for the next collection day 02/13/23. We will not send a driver back before 02/13/23, but we will be happy to take extra bags on that collection day.

      on 1/27/2023 my trash was not picked up again for the 3rd week in a row. I had to chase down the driver who proceeded to call me names such as ***** and tell me he was not picking up my trash a service I pay for because HE DID NOT LIKE WHERE MY CANS WERE LOCATED. This has become an ongoing problem not only for me but many many people in this county

      Customer had household trash and bulk items at the curb. In Logan county we collect the contents of the cart only. Logan county residents can take bulky items to the transfer station located at ** ******** **** Rd the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month free of charge. The drive camera was pulled to review the driver behavior and we did not see any footage of the driver calling the customer names. The driver is being coached on how to leave notes for the customer to address the bulky items going forward. The driver was sent back today, 01/31/23 to collect the contents of the cart. The next date for 'free dump day' is 02/11/23 where the bulk items can be disposed of for free.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed ] I have lived here 3 years and for 3 years the trash has always picked up extra trash... Always. Myself and around 200 other residents have started a petition and signatures are coming in my the dozen everyday which we will present at the next city council meeting to have the city do something about the horrible service this company is providing. They were suppose to pick my neighbors up today that they skipped on Friday also and they still skipped her again. We will file complaint after complaint after complaint until we have proper trash pickup.  Bags of garbage are not household items. You skipped them out of pure laziness on your part and nothing more. We will also be requesting refunds for the service not being provided to us through our financial institutions. Don't bother with the lies. There were other people standing outside who heard the driver call me names. They will all be assisting in filing complaints.

      I moved into my home 2 months ago I called Scott Waste for their services for my trash. They said they charge $60.00 quarterly. I paid them my $60.00 immediately it's been 2 months and they still haven't brought my garbage cans out to me I have called over 20 times I have been lied to over and over again they say it will be delivered on a certain day and they don't deliver it they have gave me over 5 dates they were going to deliver my trash cans and they haven't delivered them yet and I have paid them my money but yet I have to dispose od my own garbage because the trash pickup men say they can't empty my trash without a trash can. So they have took my money without the service! This is not right and not fair something needs to be done about this ASAP they shouldn't be able to get away with this

      I paid to start trash service with Scott Waste on 10/20/22 of $66.30. The transaction was to provide trash pickup and disposal for 3 months as I paid for by the quarter. They were required upon activation of the service supposed to provide me a trash can to use as it is mandatory that you use their trash can and cost would be covered with my quarterly payment. They told me on 10/20/22 that they would deliver this trash can within just a couple business days at the most so I could start services asap. Nothing was ever mentioned on this day of activation that there could be trash can delays or a wait to receive one. Today is now 11/2/22 and I have yet to receive this trash can. I have reached out to Scott Waste 2 separate times to ask when they will be delivering this trash can and have been given consistent run around answers and why they haven’t been able to do it. On the last call I was told that they would be speaking to the Operations Manager and be giving me a call back immediately to come up with a solution to my problem and never got a call back or any communication from them at all. At this point I am wondering if I’m getting scammed out of money? I now still have no where to put my trash and it is piling up. I am not getting the services I am paying for from Scott Waste. All I want is the trash can provided to me that I’m paying for and was told I would be given. What I’m asking for is not unreasonable. I want a resolution to my problem.

      *** ****** started service 10/20 and a cart order was placed. Due to a recent contract change we depleted our stock of 96 gallon carts and have been waiting on a shipment of carts. *** ****** should have been notified that we would collect his garbage until the cart was received when he started service. Our cart shipment arrived yesterday, 11/02, and a garbage cart was delivered on that date. Due to the inconvenience and the miscommunication with our customer we issued *** ****** a credit of $10.20 for 2 weeks of service.

      We paid the business money upfront. We have been told for over two weeks now that we will have a trash can delivered to our house. The business has been called multiple times and they have yet to provide a resolution. We are paying for a service that we are not receiving.
