The complaints allege that consumers scheduled and paid for services that the company never rendered and did not issue refunds. Some customers allege that the business was unresponsive to phone calls and emails before and after the services were scheduled.

          BBB has asked BG Limousine to respond to this pattern of complaints and the company has yet to respond.

            I set up a car service to bring my in-laws down to Nashville from Bowling Green. A few days later my father-in-law ended up in the hospital with heart problems. Jeff at BG Limo said no problem giving me back the $100 deposit I had paid through Venmo. After a month or so I tried reaching him a couple different times and he responded that he would take care of it once again. I now have let them know that I will be filing a complaint since it is now been over four months and he has not returned my $100. I have documentation both on text and email saying he would refund the $100 deposit.

            We put down a $150 deposit for airport transportation with this company in October 2022 for a trip in April 2023. Leading up to our trip, the business refused to return emails or answer calls or texts. On the day of the scheduled pickup, the car never arrived and we were ghosted and forced to find another ride to the airport. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

            BG Limousine Company and Transportation Services LLC would not respond to emails, calls or messages on ********* regarding my booking for them on Nov 18th. They canceled the night before the event and didn't refund my full payment until I begged. I also paid a $150 security deposit to him through ***** and it is now December 9th and I haven't received it. I sent multiple messages to the owner ******* ****** asking where the check was and he replied today that he sent it on 11/23/22. I have not gotten anything and I believe this man is a liar and is withholding the money. If you look on his ****** reviews it looks like this same thing has happened once before to another paying client. I run from creating problems with people but this experience with them has been very sad. He should've handled it differently and given a full refund back. As a business owner he has not been helpful, tried to resolve the problem he created or understanding.
