    We bought a house that came with a hot tub, a local hot tub store recommended this company to help us figure out why it didn’t work. Joe came out to our house and seemed awesome however after multiple no shows and no calls when he said he would be back to fix things we started looking for someone else. I called the same hot tub store and let them know what happened and less than 5 minutes later I get a cal from Joe to please let him have another chance. He comes once and says he forgot the part he needed to fix and then never showed back up again. So we paid the $150 to have nothing fixed. I found someone else to look at it and the things Joe was looking at were not even the problem!! He was messing with prongs and plugs and I needed a whole new pump. Now they have said we would get a refund but now they are not answering our calls or texts. This is a horrible company and I will never use them again.
