    If I could give a 0 star review I would. This company is HORRIBLE. They always have an excuse as to why they can't pick up your trash. And when they do pick up your trash it's NEVER on the day they are supposed to. They have zero customer service qualities. You can NEVER get a hold of anyone on the phone. They rarely return emails. When you finally decide to complain about it and tell them in a professional way how you feel they just call you to cancel your service. Very rude people that DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. You're just another payday to these people when you use their services. I would urge everyone to use a different company of possible.

    After inquiring to open an account they called me within an hour regarding starting services with them. First payment came out July 2nd, there was already a can on the property. Never received a break down of what the payment was covering, just an email with guidelines and my account number. After trash pick up Wednesday they took my can. Have called, left voicemail, and emailed...no response. Never received a bill for upcoming service dates!

    Waste Path reliability has been in decline for 4 - 5 years now. They rarely, if ever pick up on the arranged date. If they miss the date they won’t have their drivers pick up an extra personal can because that requires the driver to get out of he truck to dump your van into their can.

    I do apologize for any issues you have had if you would like to speak about this situation I can call you to talk about this issue. if we ever experience a day or two delay we do take then cans worth that week. the policy at Waste Path Services if you have extra to please contact the office at 270-366-7656 or [email protected] 24 hours prior to your pickup and we will inform the drivers so we can pick up said trash.

    We do appreciate the 20,000 residential customers we now service in Western Kentucky and have policies and procedures in place that all customers our treated equally, sometimes delays happen due to situations that are out of our control. if you would like to speak to me further 270-366-7656 ext 226 or [email protected]

    They stopped taking my card for autopay because they switched companies and lost my payment information. They did not notify me of this and just stopped picking up my trash. When I called and gave them updated info they said they would not be giving me a credit for the week they didn't come and would not be coming back. Things happen and its understandable I had to update my payment information but charging someone for a week of service they admit they didn't provide is low.

    They pick up my trash most Tuesdays unless there is bad weather or a shortage of workers. Lately I have been unable to pay my bill on their website when I log in. When I go to pay it logs me off. When I try to call or email them I get no response. I just need to pay my bill ??

    I have had them for 15 or more years, it use to be good. It be 2 weeks today my trash is still at the end of the driveway full. All you gets answer machine never a call back I don't think they have a human in the office

    1. Office never returns calls. 2. Don’t like the new Billing DOXO since I have seen warnings about not to use them. Would rather continue to have auto pay as before on the Waste Path pay. May be going to another company.

    I have received your response on better business bureau, and I can help you out. Over the last 2 weeks are call volume has tripled due to some issues with competitors. we are hiring some more office workers to hopefully alleviate the influx of calls that being said I did just call the number on file for you and left a message with my call back number and extension. Waste Path would never charge anything extra besides what is stated on your bill if you have a moment I will help you set up an online account.

    Waste path is steadily been getting worse and worse over the years. Over the last several months we have had missed services and each time customer service has excuse after excuse and never a solution. Yet each time bill is due we get charged the full price. Well again missed service and again full of excuse and was told to bad and was hung up on. I would bot recommend them to anyone.

    We are sorry you are not happy with our service, I am not sure what exactly you issue is, but would be willing to speak about this situation.  Things like extreme weather, (flooding storms ice and snow) will delay trash pickup. Safety is our number 1 priority.  as in the issues we had last week, we are running normal this week and will be picking up all the trash from both weeks if you would like to contact me here at the office please call 270-366-7656 Ext 226.

    I have been waiting for a roll out for 6 weeks.Still have heard nothing but we will get you another one as soon as we can.The driver broke the wheel when he was setting it down.

    Upon looking up your account we put an order in for this replacement on September 11th 2023.  We do tell the customer it could take up to 25 business days due to influx of new customers and or exchanges due to situations just like yours we strive to not have long wait times.     I have used their services for the last 5 years and it has just gotten worse and worse. This past week they came and picked up my van without any notice. When I called the lady tried to argue with me that communications were sent but I never received anything via any source. Then she informs me that the if I want my cab back it would be 2 weeks to a month to get it back. The customer service is NON EXISTENT

    Good Morning, I am sorry you are not happy with Waste Path Services. Unfortunately it looks like your account was set up Auto Pay option and the card either expired or no longer worked we did reach out to you on multiple occasions on a 270-816-**** number starting on 7/26 and two more calls on September 1st and September letting you know we were cancelling service due to no payment. Protocols are set up once a customer is cancelled that you restart the process. (fees for delivery and restart are added). also the protocol is to let the customer know it could take up to 25 business days for delivery (almost never takes that long to deliver). We do this to insure that we give you a reasonable time frame just in case. We do appreciate you being a customer for over 5 years. and value each and every one of the customers we service. if you would like to speak further on this situation, you may call me at the office 270-366-7656 ext 226.
