            On July 19th I had submitted a buy list of 40 miniature Heroclix pieces to be sold to Troll and Toad. The items were mailed on July 20th and received July 23rd via the tracking number ********************************** via USPS. The list has been confirmed and pending payment for a few weeks now. Since the payout is through PayPal it should only take a matter of days. I followed up via email a couple of times and got no response. I also called and left voice mails and again got no response. I would like to have my buy list consisting of 40 pieces totaling $48.57 paid out to me as this was the expectation when submitting a buy list which has been approved.

            This business is a complete scam. Save your cards as the will lye after sending cards in mint condition and put on sleeves this cards were just pull from packs so there was no way they could get damage. The fact the lye they were not sorted. How can you explain cards that are well pack and secure are able to unsorted. This company then turns around if you want ypur cards you need to pay for shipping, if not they will be discard. Come on you know full they will not discard they will sell those card and not pay you a single penny. This company is completely scaming people.

            Hey Chris: We are sorry that you feel this way. As explained with your last concern, we do need the correct condition, edition when it comes to selling to us. We do have a sell guide which goes over the terms of our selling side. We would much rather be able to purchase items instead of sending them back. We have put labor into checking in the order and going through the items to find out that they were not the condition as promised. From there our customer service team and shipping team do additional work to get the order back to you if this is preferred. This is much time and labor for our team so the decision to return an order is made very carefully. We just received your second order and we should have this order processed shortly. If there are any issues, we will reach out to you!

            So, I send out cards that were nicely pack and secure they were sorted. the conditions and rarity were as describe. Am not the only person who you guys have done this. A company like TrollandToad doesn't know near mint as near mint means that they could be really minimal marks. what your standers has to MINT as this is a Graded standers. You even onces toll me when i toll you guys that you send me a card that had small bleshes. So to your standers is Right but when we sell you the cards is not. Now you want us to pay for the cards to get them return. You know fully well that you will not discard this card but rather sell this cards just like a greedy company. At this point this company is doing theft. A major Lawsuit will take place for holding the cards not giving since is not to your standers. so Please do us a favor rather then my self and others take this into a bigger place. return our oders change your buylist from Near Mint To MINT since the cards i send you were cards the came out from back the same time i sold.
