      Date of Transaction: 5/30/22 Amount of Money I paid - $198.70 I want a full refund - They said you can have a full refund until I called then they told me there was a $9.95 restocking fee and I had to pay to ship back. My doctor said I can't take this product. I have not opened it and I want to return it and cancel my subscription. the girl talked to fast telling me I have two different options. One was the restocking fee and the other was i can keep the production and 65% back. which is dumb because I can't take the product. so I said I would do the restocking fee because she said that was my only option. I want all my money back ! I don't mind paying to ship back but restocking is ridiculous especially since its a medical reason and not buyers remorse.

      After reviewing the information I can confirm the following:

       

      1. We have the "Restock" fee inputted in the terms and conditions and customers do need to pay to return the product, Plus a restock fee.

      2. If the customer denies the partial refunds we offer, they are supposed to return the merchandise.

       

      What I have done today is issued a full 100% refund for $198.70. Please return the product back as soon as you can. Just allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect.

      I was shown an add on social media for a product that would help with my COPD and I clicked in the ad to read more. I was shown one bottle was $39.74 and it was buy one get one. I added that one to the cart and was asked to add my credit card information, which I did. After, I clicked the cart to see a total and was shown a lot of options to add to the cart. I could not get the options menu to go off the screen and got aggravated with it so decided to close out and not finish the purchase. After reviewing my statement I was charged $198.70 from this company and they rushed 5 bottles of this product with 20 capsules in each bottle. I never completed the purchase. I then submitted a dispute with my credit card company and was told the company claimed the charges were valid. It seems like this is a scam that's targeted to elderly people and I would like my refund and will be glad to send the product back. According to the slip in the box it's **** * ******* and order number **********. The price they put on this is $39.74x5 bottles. COMPANY IS WELLNESS BRANDS LLC LOCATED AT ** ********** **** ** ********** ** *****

      1. The pricing that is listed on our website is correct and its the same price as mentioned to customers in the Terms and Conditions.

      2. Since the customer has filed a dispute with the bank we are unable to refund the charge in question, since any refund is up to the bank at this point in time.

       

      I can confirm the account is closed so no charges or shipments will post to customer.

      Nothing is resolved. You are a scam and everywhere I can post my review I surely will so you don’t scam more elderly people. I may not get my money back but you’re going to waste more on those paid ads.

      Ordered gummies to help me quit smoking and detox my lungs and they sent me the kyani CBD gummies for weight loss and other things I called for a refund and they told me that I have to send it back and then it would take three to four weeks just to see if I would get a refund if they sent me the wrong thing I never open them and I offered to send them back I just need my $40.90 back that they charged my card because they sent me the wrong thing

      On 4/26/22 I placed an order for ***** CBD gummies. After ordering I called to return the items as my credit card was charged more than I thought it was going to be. When I called I was told that I would have to pay a $50 restocking fee when I sent these back on top of that the refund would take up to 30 days AFTER they received the item. Brent also told me that "I should have read the fine print about the restocking fee before ordering.". If this company was on the up and up those costs wouldn't be in the "fine print". BUYER BEWARE!!! I WAS TOLD THAT MY ISSUE WAS ESCULATED AND I WOULD GET A CALL IN 24 TO 48 HOURS. They will not refund the 198.70 they took out of my account so quickly. This is wrong to do people this way.

      On March 14th I placed an order with this company for CBD gummies. The way the advertisement was phrased it indicated the purchase of the introductory offer would be about $50.00. I get an email stating that 5 bottles of CBD gummies are coming to me for the cost of $200.00. I immediately requested a refund and they answered back acknowledging the confusion of the advertisement. They then offered me a refund of $35.97, I said it's still too much, I want a refund. Next was an offer of 50% off the entire order, I declined. March 15th, an offer of 75% refund, I declined and requested a full refund. This order could have and should have been cancelled immediately upon my request. They shipped it on March 14th with an invoice for the full price while still negotiating a lower price with me on March15th???? They set up a RMA # which is **********. The email states the they will only refund for unopened product (no problem) and I will be charged a $6.95 re stocking fee for a package that shouldn't have been shipped in the first place. Can you please help. I am happy to return the product but I have no confidence that my money will be refunded and I do not feel that I should be charged a restocking fee for a product that I cancelled IMMEDIATELY after ordering.

      After reviewing the account details I do see that indeed you were offered the partial refunds to allow you to keep all the product and not worry about returning them back to us. 

       

      Once an order is placed it gets shipped very quickly and we are unable to cancel shipments once ordered. What I can confirm is the 100% refund has been issued and the subscription is cancelled. No more charges or shipments will send to you.

       

      I can also confirm that we did advise we can waive the restock fee for you. We appreciate if you can please RTS the product or return them back since we have already issued a full 100% refund.

      When I ordered this it was to be for 2 jars for 49.00 . I was sent 5 jars for almost 200.00. Then a few months later they sent me 3 more for 149.91 , that I didn't order at all . I need this to stop , it didn't help me quit smoking and I didn't sign anything for it to keep coming without me ordering it. I would like my money back , this company has false advertising their product is fake .

      We do apologize about the experience you had with us. I did check the website where you had ordered and in the terms and conditions it does explain how the program and billing works regarding our products.

       

      Customers need to take/use the product for a consistent 60-90 days to really see the benefits and results. What I have done today is cancelled the subscription and issued a full refund for the $149.71 charge. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect. We do also ask if you can please RTS the shipment as you did receive the next unwanted order.

      The customer has the incorrect type of "order #" that we use in our system and the pricing of the charge is completely different from what we have.
