A recall was performed on June 19 2024 For battery issues by Bob Swope Ford mobile unit and 21 days later I experienced a total failure of the battery which was part of the recall. They charged me 497.17 which 230.00 was the cost of the battery itself. I attached the breakdown of charges. This failure happened on a dark stretch of road at a stop light. When it happened my vehicle had no lights what so ever and I was almost rear ended by a vehicle that was focused on the light when it had turned green. They almost rear ended me doing 45 to 55 miles an hour the vehicle had to hard brake to keep from hitting me also my vehicle is dark gray in color. I stood in the road in waving my arms to get them to stop.

dealership reached out to me months ago wanting my 2020 Ford Mustang (that I purchased from them) that day we place the order for my 2024 Mustang wait threemonths for the vehicle to be built(08/21/2023) I received a picture of the vehicle sitting in the lot.no one knew where “the new mustang was.”10mins go by we're still searching for someone who knows where the car went. I realize the key fob didn’t look like mustang key fob. I ask about it they had a FordTruck keyfob listed as the 2024 Mustang key. After finding the correct key he brought the car up.2 years ago I traded in my 2019 FordFusionTitanium they gave me $21,000with79,000 miles. They later sell Fusionfor$27,000. When getting my current Mustang I paid BRAND NEWMustang price($30,000)before tax for the base model that had 11,000miles on it(had been stolen and they didn't tell me until AFTER I signed the paperwork.)dealership had told me the only way they can get these newer Mustangs on the lot is by having customers place theorder. This is only $3,000 more than my current vehicle when purchasing it 2 years ago. Looking into the paperwork I realize the promotion was NOT added to the pricing. “sales manager” proceeds to tell me with an attitude that the newer Mustangs were not a part of the promo.I have screenshots of the dealership moving forward with my order due to promo. Using the Ford X plan, and was willing to put $2,000 down. Not Including the $750 off for the promotion that was “up to $2,000 off” and not included went from a $3,400 down to them talking about $15,000 down.half the price of the vehicle? I ask THREE TIMES what they were giving me for my Mustang The sales manager says “$21,000” which baffled me.I respond “so you're telling me that a 2019Fusion that had 79,000 miles on it is equivalent to a 2020 Mustang that has 27,000 miles?”Hisresponse was “well the car markets completely different from 2 years ago.” I feel as if I was USED being a 25-year-old male for them to get this newer Mustang there.
