    Hate to proceed with this but after 6 months of back and forth here I am. Took my 2014 Kia Sorento into Kia Etown for cruise control issues supposedly issue was diagnosed. Part ordered and then installed a several weeks later. Returned to service dept because I still had the same problem. Part(s) replaced again, worked properly until the first time I turned the car off then back to not working properly but was almost tolerable. Short time after finally not working at all. Went to service dept talked with advisor ***** *****, (<--nice guy really) Finally said I'd just want a refund of what I've spent on this repair(?) $666.56 and you'll never see me again. That I would look into obtaining an aftermarket cruise control kit. Was told he would discuss issue with service manager and they would contact me around the first of the week (12-11-2023) Today is 12-19-2023 have heard nothing. Would appreciate having this problem taken care of. ---> I'm HEARING IMPAIRED,<--- so it isn't possible for me to just pick up the phone and call them to solve this problem. I've been there in person at least five times at a 80 mile round trip to the dealer each time I really have no desire to return there knowing that more than likely nothing properly will be done.

    05-01-2022 HI, this is ****** ******. I purchased a 2023 New Kia Sportage back in April. I was told numerous times that my trade in would be credited to my previous lienholder within a couple weeks. A couple weeks roll by, still nothing, a couple more still nothing. By then I'm getting phone calls from my lienholder that the trade in Balance still hasn't came thru yet from Kia. So then called The Kia store and was fed lies about when they was gonna pay. Over and over phone calls on the day they Saif it was gonna be paid. So after my due date was missed I was docked a late payment on my credit report because they didn't get the funds transferred in time. That dropped me over 50 pts on both bureaus and I'm just now noticing this!
