            This ** model washer cannot be re-programmed from hot/warm water usage to cold water useage. My household in past, present, and future will only use cold water to wash clothing. Two service technicians sent by ** has stated this model washer is hard programmed and cannot be changed. ** Appliance Support has stated the same. I would like an exchange of the wash with a model with a My Cycle option allowing programming to cold water on each cycle. I have many emails to support the communication between ** Appliance Support, Hagedorn Appliance and myself since December 6, 2023. I can sent on request.

            We bought a new ********** refrigerator 2.5 years ago from Hagedorns and the ice maker quit working. Called their Service Dept. on 7/3/24, a store representative told me there is a $114 service fee to come look at it. I specifically asked what happens if it needs to be replaced. She said they would defer $75 out of the $114 which if they did nothing, I would cancel our appointment. Their Tech arrived on 7/8/24, not greeted, walks in, looks for 5 seconds, tells me it's stuck in a mode, defective. I ask, how much to replace? $280. What? That's not right. Told me to call their Service, left. I call back, to have an absolutely rude woman tell me there's no defer amount. My significant other calls their Service Dept. to find it's now $305. We have bought many appliances from them in the past, but today they provide terrible business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR STORE!!
